VOLLEDIG HERSTELD 1900 VICTORIAANS HUIS: In het hart van het historische gebied op een paar minuten lopen van het centrum van de stad.
Ontsnap aan de zomerse hitte in ons Victoriaanse huis in het hart van de historische wijk van Prescott. Oorspronkelijk gebouwd rond 1900, een complete restauratie voltooid in maart 2019, heeft zijn oorspronkelijke charme behouden met naar behoren toegevoegde moderne gemakken. Na een dag mountainbiken, golfen, klimmen, wandelen, vissen of een van de vele opties om uw dag tijdens uw verblijf te vullen, geniet u van een koel drankje op een van de portieken voordat u 5 minuten in het hart van de stad wandelt voor een avond van goed eten, lokaal gebrouwen bier en geweldige livemuziek op de vele locaties rond het historische Whiskey Row. Ik dacht ook dat het misschien de moeite waard was om iets op de website te zetten over alle parades in de stad die op de wegen bij het huis zijn opgezet.
Geniet van een ringside, backstage stoel voor alle parades in de stad, 4 juli, Christmas Light Parade, Veteran's Day enz. Die de wegen bij het huis gebruiken voor de finale! Het is zo cool om te zien !!

Great place close to everything that makes Prescott great

We had a wonderful stay here. Plenty of room for 6 adults if you need it, winter so we dodnt use outdoor space but lots of sitting space there as well. Great communication booking and arriving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect Location to Whiskey Row

The location is ideal if you want to be within walking distance to Whiskey Row for restaurants and shopping. The cute Victorian and cottage decor is a plus. We had everything we need for a family Christmas weekend.

This house is 3 blocks from the courthouse. We walked to restaurants, etc. Beautiful time of year. Great hiking. Cute house.

Thanksgiving in Prescott

This is a wonderful property and such a great place to gather and enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice large table to enjoy a meal with friends and family. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the bathrooms are recently remodeled. The location is perfect with great access to the downtown area. We highly recommend this charming and cozy Victorian house.

This property is absolutely wonderful. Beautifully decorated with immense thought in preparing this home for their guests. The most relaxing vacation although we were there for a baseball tournament. Will be back!

Amazing Christmas

This house was amazing! Very few complaints. Coffee maker and main shower head was broken when we arrived. Very dusty but other then those things inwould highly recommend this house! Had a wonderful Christmas week!

Great location with tons of room

We really enjoyed our stay in this roomy Victorian home. We rented this home for the month of June. The 3 bedrooms were great. We slept in one and used the other as a dressing room. Place comes with all the amenities - washer, dryer, dishwasher, full-size fridge and air conditioning. The wifi was super fast and there is many streaming services on the TV available when we just wanted to relax. The house has 2 bathrooms so when our friends visited for a few days, they had their own room and bathroom. We also enjoyed the 3 patios and the fenced yard. Our dog needed a place to do her business and run around. We only used the A/C for a few hot days. The air flow is great when you open all the windows so we could enjoy the cooler weather. The location is less than half a mile from the courthouse square. Great walkability!!

Beautiful Historic Home

It was a lovely home and walking distance to downtown. Safe neighborhood. Water pressure dropped when showering due to another shower running but returned quickly. That’s my only suggestion otherwise I hope to stay there again. Thanks!!

Very relaxing, Nice decor, except the traffic at the four-way stop right in front of the house. was noisey . Enjoyed the quietness inside of the house. Seriously needs a hand railing at the front steps. Also could use some hand railings in the showers .

Upon entering this home we immediately felt welcome. The property is well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. TV and fireplace in living room pleased our grandson. Appliances in the kitchen pleased our culinary granddaughter. We played some of the games at the kitchen table and cooked meals together. The house is close to town, yet the space felt private. Great vacation place; we’d love to visit again.

Like coming home to grandmas place and getting a hug.

This house is old town America at it finest. The place felt warm the minute you come through the door and I could almost smell the chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven in the kitchen. Felt like grandma was going to come around the corner and give you a hug at any second. From the cozy sitting room to the back yard porch, everyone found a place to sit and enjoy the mild weather. The folks that handle the property really do a great job! Will definitely stay here again!
