Lovely place pictures are accurate. We did have a plumbing problem but the management group were quick to respond and problem was resolved.

Best view

View was awesome and loved the short distance to the beach. Some issues with the toilets being difficult to flush and the fridge seeming like it leaked a couple times, but overall great stay.

Beautiful, perfect location

Excellent accommodations. Spacious, easy parking and elevator. Loved the view! One perk was the master bedroom separate from other two bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Super easy check in and out. Hope to visit again!

Loved this unit! We rent a condo at Beach Colony Resort every year and are never disappointed. The condo was the perfect size and had everything we needed! Super clean! Definitely would rent again!!

Great property, condo was very roomy. Owner needs to have a complete cleaning and update, poorly stocked kitchen. Had great view of fireworks for New Years.

Family beach trip

We rented this property for a last minute family beach trip. The checkin process was seamless. The property was ready as promised, clean and pretty well appointed. Everything was in working order. We had a great time. The Beach Colony was well kept, clean with great views and beach access

This unit was very clean and very roomy for our two families. View was amazing! Master bedroom mattress is extremely firm and uncomfortable. The door does not lock from the inside so we had to really watch out toddler because he could easily escape. Kitchen is equipped pretty good except for skillets, there’s only one and it’s not non stick. All in all though a very nice room.

13-c West is the BEST!

Stunning view! All bedrooms were nicely decorated and lovely. Perfect for an adult get away. Neighbors were not loud! Pool was not crowded even during red flag. Downfalls: The parking garage was a nightmare when looking for assigned parking. Cookware needs updated to non stick. Master bedroom could use a new mattress. Overall…. AMAZING!

Amazing Condo with a great view. Kudos to Angela - condo was very clean! With a complimentary start of basic essentials you can just check in and go days later, not day of for (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent) Lesson learned- bedroom doors open helps keep the main rooms cool Best restaurants - Family favorites 1. The Shack (amazing food- best key lime pie) 2. TC’s front porch We most definitely would rent again, owner was very responsive and helpful! Thanks so much!

Condo definitely needs to be updated. Washer/dryer old. Main toilet ran all the time. Dining room table needs cleaned under glass. Lots of food crumbs. Bare supplies like kitchen cooking stuff. Tv in 1st room cable would not work. Remote in main volume button broke. Overall probably pick someplace else for that amount of money. Luggage cart gone at 12:30 night before Saturday check out. Had to carry all in rain.

A few days at the beach

We arrived on Monday, 12/28/20 and checked out on TH, 12/31/20. The unit was lovely and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect and the view was stunning.. The temperature for the week after Christmas ranged from upper 60’s in the day to low 50’s at nite. The furniture in the den was beautiful- teal leather but just not comfortable. It sunk a lot when we sat on it unfortunately. All 4 adults thought it was not comfortable. Must be time to replace it. Also, we were in the King Suite and the bed was really hard to both my husband and me. I don’t know how you please everyone in this area though. Some lime extra form and others soft. But I did want to make you aware of that. We enjoyed needed downtime on your little island. Our stay was lovely overall. -bev

Condo was very nice and clean. I did see one roach but that was it. The master bedroom bed was very hard. We would stay in this condo again.

Week at Navarre

We stayed this week as a family in this resort. Beach Colony is our favorite place to stay when in Navarre. This unit was pretty dated but overall it was very clean and all that we needed for our week at the beach. The king size bed in the master was very firm so take that into consideration depending on what type of bed you like. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much!

Infestation

I hate to leave a bad review! I hate doing it, but this needs to be said. Pros: The condos were beautiful. They were clean! The views beautiful. The beaches incredible! The locals kind! Now for the bad review part. First, the small stuff. Too many fees. Chair service is not included. Not really a family condo. There are no beach toys or chairs to borrow. So bring your own. There are queen beds in the extra two rooms so people have to share. Now for the horrible part: I say condos because we were relocated to a second one in a different building because this one was taken over by roaches. I don’t mean a few. I mean at one point I started counting. I killed over 20 of them in less than 30 minutes. The second condo also had roaches. It was in Summerwind resort just down the block. The owner didn’t want to give us a refund and the management company felt so bad they moved us to a different condo. They put us in a really nice one, buy sadly it was also infested. We live up North and while I am sure there are places with them I haven’t seen them. These weren’t your Palamino bugs or water bugs. These were your typical house hold tiny to 1/2” roaches. My husband went back to the 1st unit just as the professional exterminator was coming in and the guy said to my husband, “Wow, we haven’t had a problem in this unit like this in 4 months.” This unit is in the Beach Colony West. We have rented in the East tower and never saw a bug. I do want to say that the management company did everything they could. They were kind and sympathetic and did everything they could to try and rectify the situation. I just don’t think I can handle another vacation like this again.

Just Beachy

Great location, great unit. However, no screens on doors (= bugs), lots of sand on the balcony, no hangers in unit, no parking space or WiFi info, some TVs didn't work, no office staff except for very limited hours occasionally and no emergency numbers posted outside the unit. No hot tub!!
