Gulf Coast Getaways would like to welcome Beach Colony East Unit 13C to our fantastic condo inventory.  This is another beautiful direct beach front condo that is extremely well appointed.  The unit has been renovated with new floors, renovated brand new kitchen with appliances, and several great new décor features.    The best feature is the layout with an open floor plan with a great room that feels more like a house than a condo.  Brand new dining room table with seating for 8, new couch and 2 living room chairs all looking directly at the beautiful white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach.  The beach front patio/deck is very spacious with a cement table top with 4 polywood chairs, and 2 brand new loungers with cushions. 
The master bedroom is a King bed, gulf front facing, access to the deck, and separate shower and jacuzzi tub.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, with it's own bathroom that is attached and also acts as a hallway bathroom.  The 3rd bedroom has a new queen bed and two built in twin beds into the converted closet, also has it's own bathroom with shower/tub condo.  

Beach Colony East is a great condo building with lots of amenities.  Garage parking with plenty of space, 3 vehicles is not a problem.  Beach Colony East shares a very large resort sized pool with Beach Colony west, and Beach Colony East also has its very own workout room.   

The owners have also added beach chair service for our guests, this includes 2 beach chairs and one umbrella from March thru October, provided by the service provider down below on the beach.  Book with confidence this very clean, very well done, beautiful beach front condo!

Got exactly what I was hoping for when I booked this one. It's a beautifully furnished, clean unit with a great view of the Gulf, and that balcony is everything - spacious and private. The entire place was pretty quiet when we stayed in late August, so it's a nice escape from some of the more "lively" areas nearby. As other reviewers suggested, early check-in isn't really an option with this one - they text you the codes to get in at your scheduled check-in time, so don't expect to be granted access before then. Just hang out at the pier or Windjammers for a few minutes if you arrive early. Regardless, we got what we paid for and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The property and beach were beautiful and very relaxing, and we especially loved the gorgeous views from the balcony. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, and we really enjoyed having the balcony as a place to sit and take in the view.There were just a few things that could make the stay even better. Unfortunately, our shoes were stolen on our first day while we were walking on the beach pier, which was disappointing but certainly not something the property could control.We were also a little surprised by the limited supply of daily essentials, such as toilet paper and soap. One of the showers also had a used bar of soap left behind. The two back bedrooms could also benefit from blinds or better window coverings, as the building lights outside made the rooms quite bright at night.Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and truly appreciated the beautiful property, beach, and amazing balcony views.

It was the perfect size for our family of eight. The easy access to both the pool and the beach was a highlight, and everything was well maintained and clean. The only thing we would have preferred is a heated pool. The condo itself was spotless, and the view was absolutely spectacular.

Nice property. Check-in was sketchy via txt msg and strictly almost to the tee at 4 pm. No office that I could find in either tower if I had any issues. Had trouble with ref. ice maker making ice. The auxiliary ice maker for beach coolers was broken, communicated day before check-in. It was ok we just bought bags of ice throughout stay. Condo and facilities are really nice though.

Great beach view from the living room and master bathroom. Beach was beautiful! Ocean was as clear as I’ve ever seen. We had a great time. The room was much older than expected and not as clean as expected. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed right when we got there and we contacted them right away during their regular hours through the texting service requested, but we got no response. We emailed them when we didn’t hear back after a while and they sent someone to fix one of the problems the next day, but they asked us to please just use the texting service. If they want guests to use the texting service, they need to be responsive that way.

Blue Angel Retreat

We stayed here for our trip to see the Blue Angels homecoming. Property was well maintained. The condo is fantastic and the kitchen is well stocked. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

Beautifully appointed and delightful location.

This was one of our best vacations ever. We all loved hearing the waves and the views are simply outstanding. The white sand beaches are the best. It was truly grounding, and peaceful, and will definitely be booking for next season. .

Spring Break 2025

This was the perfect place to take in the beauty of the Gulf. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room and everything we needed for the week. 10/10 - would love to come back!

This is a stunning condo with gorgeous views of oceanfront. Views from living room master bedroom and master bathroom where you have a jacuzzi tub with ocean views. No complaints on condo but great misunderstanding of who we were to talk to if in need of something. Vrbo host is who we always call but Lindsey was our host who never responded to any message. We finally figured out through a number that we were to speak to gulf coast rentals not vrbo which i was a little concerned. But they did respond to questions. Checking into place needs additional direction. There is no pull up to door to unpack luggage. You go underneath building to get cart bring up to ramp load then go to elevator. The button to push for elevator is in middle of room on post not on elevator. Weird I know. It would have been nice for these instructions to have been given to us instead we got help from other guest. There is no lobby or restaurant on site. Once you have everything figured out you are good to go.the only other complaints is why we're we double charged a tax? I would recommend this place as long as instructions are given and clear about everything. And know once you book you are not longer dealing with vrbo.which is confusing.
