Enjoy the best of coastal living in this inviting deep-water canal home, offering effortless boating access and a direct beach entrance just steps away at the end of the street. Designed for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment, the home features a welcoming front porch, a full-width back deck, and a private floating dock with ramp, perfect for boating, kayaking, or casting a fishing line. A spacious sun deck with built-in seating and a fish-cleaning sink overlooks the canal, creating the ideal setting for taking in the views.
Inside, the comfortable living room includes a 46" flat-screen TV, with additional TVs in every bedroom for added convenience. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and enjoy thoughtful touches such as ceiling fans throughout, an extra freezer, and plenty of storage. An enclosed two-car garage provides secure parking and a dedicated storage area available for guest use.
After a day on the water or at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and unwind on the deck as the sun sets over the canal.
Bed linens, towels, bath mats, a kitchen towel set, and a Welcome Amenity Bag are provided for weekly rentals. All beds will be made upon arrival.
Pet-friendly with paid pet fee.
