BEDROOMS - Four levels offering lots of space and privacy! The finished basement contains a queen bedroom and full bath as well as an additional full bed in the family room area - perfect spot for kids who are night owls. On the second level, there is a queen master bedroom with AC & private bath. The other bedroom on the second level has a full bed and twin bunks. This room also has an AC unit. Another full bath rounds out this floor. The fourth floor semi-private loft has two twin beds and is perfect for kids. It is open to the second level & has an open staircase.
*This loft space is open and has a window, skylight and fan for ventilation as well as new portable AC unit.*

MAIN SPACES - This private end unit with lots of light makes it ideal for families or groups of adults wanting a getaway. The main living level offers a half bath, lots of closet space and a deck with gorgeous views off the living area. On this first level, you will find a large open living space, fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast peninsula and large dining table that seats 6. A dishwasher and microwave add to all the comforts of home. In the basement, there is a large finished basement family room with wood stove, a TV and lots of space for lounging!

AMENITIES - A separate laundry room with a new washer and dryer make it easy to do a quick load of wet towels and bathing suits. A downstairs extra living space is a great place for teens to hang out and watch a movie or access the green space through a large slider and patio. Three kayaks and an inflatable paddle board are available to renters as well as lawn games and the grill on the lower level patio.

Explore rivers that dump into Ossipee Lake and swing off the rope swings as you kayak by. Find the Ossipee sandbar and join the locals as they play a friendly game of volleyball knee deep in the clean Ossipee water.
