Perfect cottage getaway

This cottage hosted my sons and I for my 75 birthday fishing trip. It’s a cottage not a house but it checked all the boxes. There was enough room to have privacy yet we were all together. Whether it was sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs outside or just relaxing in the open living space it helped make this a wonderful trip. Don’t forget to use the pool just a short walk down the way. Pool was clean and the umbrellas and loungers made for a good way to wind down after fishing. Thanks

Great Little Place!

We stayed here with our son. Its not huge but a very nice updated home that makes great use of the space available. The pool area is very nice. The neighborhood is great for walks and there is a great walking path next to the highway that you can go a long ways on. We highly recommend a stay here!

Great little cottage for a boys trip

Rented this with my two long-time friends to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Good location and access to founders park was a nice bonus. No walkable access to the ocean, not a complaint, just something to understand. Hanging Robbie’s and the brewery right down the street was very nice.

Terrible bed, Fantastic Bungalow & Property Mgmt

I have only one complaint… the beds are like concrete. I literally had a bruise on my hip from sleeping on my side after the first night… moved to the sofa after. That being said, the bungalow is adorable and perfectly outfitted for a vacation away from home. FYI, coffee pot is a regular one so bring coffee with you. Last thing… the property mgr is AMAZING & was wonderful with communication!

Great cottage

Quaint cottage with everything you need for a great stay. Loved the pool access and locations was convenient for dining and fishing.

Quaint not near a real beach

The cottage/bungalow was cute. Not exactly as advertised. Annes beach is more like a sandy patch of swamp. The real beach is 30 min away at Marathon. Would have been fine if it was advertised as such. The two ice trays were empty. Salt and pepper were the only condiments. Bathroom doors was cut wrong. Leaves a sliver at the top. Dishes were chipped. No closest no iron or board. Had to hang whatever we had against walls. Property manager ask us to leave towels in tub. And dishes in dishwasher there were neither. Property was clean and cute. Low water pressure toilet. Need to level up a bit.

Perfect Little Home

Upon arriving, we walked into the house and were pleasantly surprised. Very Clean, Well Equipped, and honestly I’d say one of the perfect little houses we’ve stayed in. The location is perfect. We loved that it included the pool. We would definitely stay again.

Adorable

What an adorable little cottage. And it was so clean! Had everything you needed. It was also in a fantastic location. Had to reach out for a small issue with t.v. and the property managers got back to me in seconds and resolved my issue the same day in a very short period of time. Absolutely loved my stay. I only have one suggestion. It is stated that it is a place that can fit four. However, there is only one mirror in the entire place. That one mirror is in the only bathroom and it is not a full size mirror. It would be nice if the bedrooms maybe had a small mirror or a full size mirror so multiple people could get ready at the same time. Again, it’s not a complaint just a suggestion. Had no complaints. Great place to stay.

Islamorada Family Vacation

We had a very nice vacation. The cottage was located within a few minutes drive of all of the restaurants in Islamorada as well as Anne’s beach which my kids really enjoyed. We found much nicer sandy beaches in Marathon another 35 minutes further south. The cottage itself was very clean and has been nicely updated. The pool a few houses down the street is great. We spent most afternoons relaxing there after coming home from the beach. The cottage was fine for my wife and young children but for a family of 4 with older kids it may be a bit snug. It did not come stalked with any household items (salt, pepper, ketchup) and only a roll of toilet paper and paper towels. Also there were only 3 beach towels and no beach chairs. Lastly the shower water pressure was not much more than a mist. Overall it was still very comfortable and suited our needs.

We arrived after dark and the property manager had the cottage lights on making it so warm and inviting! Any questions we texted to the property manager were answered promptly. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was in an ideal location to explore all of the keys throughout our weeklong stay.

Clean and lovely

We stayed at Shady Palms for 5 days. It was clean, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The pool was lovely after a day out on a boat. Highly recommend!

Super Cute Cottage

I booked the cottage as a surprise for my wife’s 50th birthday and it was a great choice. The place is absolutely adorable and has everything you need. It was spotless and perfectly located, includes private parking and a pool. The place looks just like the pictures except it’s even better in person. Tons of restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes. I highly recommend it and we look forward to going back soon.

Fun getaway

This was a nice property. The only issue I had was we left one bag at the property and I called the property manager Julia and explained that it was very important that we get the bag back. She said she would follow up with housekeeping and get back with me and I never heard back from her. I was very willing to pay for shipping and left the cleaning staff a nice tip. To me this was super unprofessional and essentially stealing. Make sure you do a thorough walkthrough because the staff will not report any items left at the property.

Great little hideaway

This space was perfect for two people looking to explore the Keys. It would work for three people but be tight for 4. It was clean, adequately equipped, and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable place, particularly liked that the Owner had a new fishing pole and gear. Would def come back again. One service that really needs improvement is the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity for 2 days of our stay: called property mgmt #, but.. no action to fix WiFi.

Back in the neighborhood

The villa was very nice, saltwater pool a plus, very quiet and private. I would recommend removing upholstered side chairs and replacing the sofa (not comfortable & worn out) with a small scale sofa with a right return chaise. This option would be better for seating if indeed 4 people shared the space. We were only 2.

Clean and cute cottage

The cottage is very clean and had all the basics for our stay. The cottage is fairly close to the Publix grocery store and all the restaurants so location for all those amenities is very good. Our 1 and only complaint was the road noise. This cottage backs up to the main highway so there are cars and trucks constantly driving by. We wish we would have known this as trying to sleep made it a bit difficult for us. If you are a heavy sleeper it probably won’t bother you, but for us it was not that great. The cottage itself is immaculate, nicely appointed, small but ok for a couple. (It gave us a taste for “tiny house” living) our only complaint was the constant road noise.
