House with 210 mts built, duplex located in Iguabinha 600 meters from the lagoon with 02 balconies balconies, 4 bedrooms and 01 with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with all appliances and utensils, large living rooms, all rooms with ceiling fans and Wifi, including in the kitchen and outdoor area, TV in the living room and barbecue area for entertainment, the barbecue area has stove, freezer, 16,000 liter Americana pool, has an extensive 500 m lawn for recreation, football, volleyball, etc. 50 meters from the house there is a synthetic grass field for common use.
Packages: New Year's Eve from 28/12 to 01/01/19 for 15 people.
Carnival from 21/02 to 26/02 for 15 people. More people and extra days may be negotiated. Rent also for other dates? being the daily value $ 400.00 with at least two daily.
