We hope that you enjoyed your stay in Gulf Shores! Sandpiper is a lovely property, right on the beach, with a landscaped pool and BBQ area. Your reservation correspondence, as well as the e contract you signed, explained that your condo would have only an initial supply of toilet paper and soap. Having a Super Walmart, Publix, and Dollar General within two miles of your condo make it especially convenient when picking up needed supplies. We regret that the pool heater was broken. A part is on order, and just as soon as it arrives, the pool heater will be up and running! We hope that you enjoyed your annual Sandpiper vacation!

Sandpiper is a wonderful place in the winter, and unit 12B is definitely not an exception. We regret the delay in getting the pool painted and the pool deck open for guests, but a delay in materials and bad weather did hold the work back. Fortunately, our winter guests were able to enjoy the warm weather and pool deck by the last week of their stay. Palmetto bugs do make an appearance at times, as they are in the natural environment, and we offered to remove that light fixture and clean it for you, but you declined. We hope that you were able to enjoy your stay this winter, and we will gladly assist you in booking your next visit to the Gulf Coast!

We regret that the pool deck was not accessible for part of your stay. The weather has not been cooperative in allowing needed upkeep, and safety is always a top priority. We hope it will be completed soon so that you can enjoy some time to gather with your Sandpiper friends, poolside in the sun.
