Great for a softball team!

We booked 8 condos for the USSSA National Championship. The property was small enough to allow the families to be together and for our kids to be safe. Parking was so easy and no long waits for elevators. We enjoyed our stay!

My family absolutely enjoyed this rental. The room was so cute and had everything we needed. The beach was easily accessible, especially for my little boy. There was no headache of waiting for an elevator! Will book again!

It was great for my youngest child and just big enough that you could keep an eye on your children without a huge crowd. All guests were extremely friendly. We’re a guy’s golf trip (50’s and 60’s) so we don’t have a lot of kitchen/appliance needs; however, we did have everything we need. The satellite TV worked and had a great sports package. The restrooms/showers were clean and in great working order. We will be back.

All appliances were in great working order, and we had all the plates, bowls, glasses, cups and utensils we needed. The WiFi was excellent and the television was in good working order. We experienced no maintenance issues while in the unit. I would gladly use it again.

We brought along 2 little kids that also enjoyed their stay. The staff at Bender was very friendly and helpful throughout our booking and during our vacation. My only suggestion would be to have a recycling service. We are used to separating our trash and recyclables at home, and at the end of our stay, we were disappointed that there was no place to put our box full of recyclable material.We had a wonderful time on our first visit to Gulf Shores! Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed at the Sandpiper over 20 times. This year was very disappointing as the pool was not heated. The pool used to be filled with children having a good time and the 2 weeks we were there the pool was empty. I would have gone to another place if I would have known that the advertised amenities were not available. My son and grandchildren were planning to go swimming on their spring break. My friends know that this is my spring break destination but unsure about future stays.

Perfect Condo for a Guy's Trip

We had easy access to the pool and the beach. We were allowed to enjoy ourselves around the pool without being hassled by overbearing security, and we enjoyed the folks who were staying around us.
