We loved how close the house was to the beach, listening to the waves when we woke up. The main room was big enough to sit and play games, and the host was very communicative.

The view of the ocean was stunning, and the walk to the beach was made easy by the walkway. Very nice location—easy to get to and exit. Great that it was all on one level. Easy to communicate with Meredith Lodging. We enjoyed our stay.

The house interior was in need of upkeep as far as baseboards and windows. Old and needed repairs. We were expecting it to be like the pictures but it was not. I unfortunately was hit with a double final payment due to a phony company that charged me. When I told the owners they were with the attitude that it was my problem and charged me also. I had to report it to the consumer affairs and the FBI. Still hasn’t been resolved. I will never rent from them again and I say beware.

Property was exactly as advertised and met exactly what we needed for our family weekend at the beach. Good communication from property manager, and flagged some external stair work, that was nice to know. Fun goodies in the garage, like kites, video games and pool table made the weekend extra fun and nice to have surprises. Would location alone made it 5 star.

Awesome Stay

This was a perfect place to stay! Ocean front with a great private path right to the beach! The game room was a hit with my two littles and the whole house was enjoyable for the adults!

Couldn't have been better!

Stayed here for Mothers Day with daughter and grandchildren. Beach access as easy, deck view is beautiful, beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Our family had an amazing time exploring the beach, eating breakfast on the deck with stunning views of the ocean and exploring Seal Beach tide pools just down the road from the house. What a great trip!

Amazing Property!

We really enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood is very nice and the beach is just steps away. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice using the BBQ grill and having the pool table/ping pong table was a very nice bonus. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great beach access

We loved our stay here! It's an older home but very clean. Great access to hwy 101 but far enough away to not worry about noise. The ocean is the perfect distance from the house that you can hear it but it's not too loud at night. Lots of fun things for family to do in the house. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Home. Large living space, Nice bathrooms, game room in the garage. Beautiful ocean view from the living room and deck. Easy private beach access. Close to Waldport.

A great gathering place!

This property was amazing with a great deck and ocean view. Literally steps to the beach. The house has plenty of beds and entertainment for everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer! Local shopping is very close. This property has everything you'll need.

Great location for one-level, beach front house with game room to boot!

We enjoyed our stay and when we noticed something that needed to be cleaned, the crew was out the next morning to address. The game room in the garage was great for the rainier days
