A tranquil primary bedroom on the first-floor level features a fireplace and private walk out deck with outdoor furniture and golf course views. The second bedroom on this level combines a queen bed and set of knotty pine bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Halfway up the stairs to the kitchen you’ll find a sunlit sitting area. The kitchen on the main level (second floor) connects to a dining room that seats eight. The open floor plan also connects the kitchen to the bright living room where you can warm up by the big stone fireplace and watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. The connected walk-out deck on this level also faces the golf course and features a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture for cook-outs under the starlit sky.

Sunriver Village is just down the street, it's home to over 10 restaurants, cafes, and specialty services such as tandem, recumbent, and adult tricycle bike rentals, kayak, paddle board, floatation tube and canoe rentals, and spa and beauty services, to name just a few. Five minutes down the road you’ll find the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, and the Woodland golf course.
