Culture in Vienna

Perfect location for the KHM, Burgtheater, State Opera and Musikverein; tram and bus stops in the immediate vicinity, active gastronomic scene in the area, and yet quiet location in the backyard! Very cozy loft!

The best small place in the heart of Vienna

We stayed in the apartment for 7 days in October. The place is very spacious and comfortable,perfect for 2 people. The kitchen and the bathroom are equipped with the state-of-the-art appliances. There is plenty of room for storage. I think there was no single detail left unattended in preparation for the tenants to move in. We cooked breakfast every day, and occasionally cooked dinners. The location is in Neubau, the upscale residential area of Vienna, with plenty restaurants, 3 supermarkets, and 10 min walk to the Museum Quarters. The host Maria is very helpful and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this apartments. If we are in Vienna again, we now have perfect place to stay.

Super Lage, Schön ruhig und im Sommer angenehm kĂŒhl

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Wien und in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut -mit allem, was man braucht...wie Kaffee, Tee, Waschpulver etc. Wir konnten unsere e-bikes bequem im Innenhof abstellen. Und der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war einfach und freundlich.

Sehr schöne Wohnung um Wien zu erkunden.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Restaurants, SupermĂ€rkte, ein sehr guter BĂ€cker, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle und eine U-Bahnstation, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß ist man in maximal 10 min im Museeumsquartier und damit auf der Ringstraße. Vor der HaustĂŒr ist man mitten im Geschehen. Die Wohnung ist jedoch eine Oase der Ruhe, man hört von dem Trubel auf der Straße fast nichts. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, danke Maria!

Great Location

The apartment is ideally located. Close to the tram system. It is clean and quiet, a perfect place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. There are many restaurants in the area and a grocery store nearby. Maria is an awesome host.

Superbe !

Superbe studio situĂ© en plein centre de Vienne, Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pieds du Quartier des MusĂ©es. La ligne 49 du TRAM vous y amĂšne aussi, ainsi que sur le Ring. Le mĂ©tro est Ă  5 minutes Ă  pieds, arrĂȘt NEUBAUGASSE. SupermarchĂ© Spar, boulangerie bio, restaurants, vous trouverez de tout dans le quartier. Une fois rentrĂ© dans l’appartement, agencĂ© avec goĂ»t par Maria qui est architecte, au rez de chaussĂ©e d’un bel immeuble viennois, vous serez surpris du silence. Une cour bordĂ©e d’un vieux mur et de vĂ©gĂ©tations, donnant sur un beau jardin vous permet de prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner dehors. Dans le studio, vous trouverez tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un sĂ©jour inoubliable ( cuisine complĂšte avec ingrĂ©dients de base ( cafĂ©, thĂ©, produits de vaisselle, tablette pour le lave vaisselle etc
 comme chez soi). Un dĂ©tail : il n’y a pas de four ni de micro-onde, par contre un lave vaisselle qui fonctionne super bien. Le wifi est rapide. Maria vous accueille avec quelques petites attentions dont je vous laisse la surprise. Merci Maria !

Maria's apartment is beautifully designed and maintained, with everything needed for a stay in Vienna. Maria herself is utterly charming and gracious, making sure that we were settled in even with our later than expected arrival. We really enjoyed staying here and would love to do so again.

Wonderful apartment in Vienna

The apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood. It was fully stocked with anything we needed for a short stay, with lots of attention to details. Maria is a great host, communication was prompt and clear. We will definitely come back! Thank you Maria!

Fijne plek om te verblijven! Prettige ontvangst door Maria. Niet ver van het centrum, Stephansdom, Museumsquartier, enz. Comfortabel en modern, van alle gemakken voorzien. Kleine keuken is geschikt om in te koken (ramen open voor afvoer van luchtjes), goed voorzien van diverse pannen, schalen enz. Vanuit het appartement uitzicht op het leuke eigen buitenplaatsje, die wij - gezien de temperatuur - vooral gebruikten om onze fietsen te parkeren. Levendige straat met kleine supermarkt, fijne café's en restaurants. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. We komen graag weer!

FĂŒnf Sterne fĂŒr die Siebensterngasse!

Die Wohnung ist schlicht ein Traum: die Lage, mitten im siebten Bezirk, ist genial: mitten drin im Geschehen, nah zur Innenstadt mit allen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, nah an angesagten Bars und GeschĂ€ften, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn quasi vor der HaustĂŒre, dazu ein Supermarkt am Eck. Zudem ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig, da im Hinterhof gelegen, und sehr schön (und hochwertig) eingerichtet, mit allem, was man so braucht. Und Maria, die Gastgeberin, ist ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement trÚs bien situé

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© superbement accueillis avec de dĂ©licates attentions, telles qu'un bouquet de fleurs, un mot personnalisĂ©, et mĂȘme un calendrier de l'avent ! L'appartement est trĂšs confortable, calme,et pratique , tout est trĂšs bien Ă©tudiĂ© et on sent la pĂąte de l'architecte. Tout le nĂ©cessaire est Ă  disposition comme le thĂ© ,le cafĂ©, l'huile, les produits d'entretien. Le quartier est trĂšs agrĂ©able, on peut tout faire Ă  pied mais si on est fatiguĂ© le tramway est Ă  1 minute. Maria est trĂšs Ă  l'Ă©coute et disponible en cas de besoin. Une excellente adresse Ă  Vienne, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr schöne grosszĂŒgige Wohnung! Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Sie ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Alles in der Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgesucht und toll renoviert. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt fĂŒr uns, viele GeschĂ€fte, CafĂ©s und Restaurants befinden sich in der NĂ€he der Wohnung. Die Strassenbahn hĂ€lt auch gleich an der Strasse, ist aber in der ruhigen Wohnung nicht zu hören. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen und wĂŒrden das nĂ€chste Mal gerne wieder hier wohnen.

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in schön renoviertem Haus mit einer herzlichen Vermieterin! Die Wohnung ist nahe am Zentrum, mit ÖV leicht erreichbar, angrenzend an einen kleinen Hof mit eigenem Sitzplatz und dadurch sehr ruhig! Ein ganz schönes Quartier mit vielen kleinen GeschĂ€ften und grosser Dichte an verschiedenartigsten Lokalen fĂŒrs leibliche Wohl - ein kleines Paradies in der Grossstadt

Perfection!! Everything you hope your VRBO or AirBNB will be!

I feel so incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon Maria's place in Vienna for our four day trip! It is everything you hope your VRBO or AirBnb will be when you walk in the door! Having a nice place to stay during a vacation is paramount, and I am ever so grateful we were able to stay here! The shower is nice and roomy and in a separate room than the toilet so someone can use the bathroom while others shower. The large bed was very comfortable and the windows are huge and let a wonderful breeze in. I wish I could have taken all of Maria's lovely kitchenwares home with me! You'll find everything you need from pots to coffee cups to french press coffee maker and coffee beans, to tea lights! There is also a washer which has a crazy fast spin cycle and will almost dry your clothes all the way. Maria thought of every need we might possibly have, you'll find everything you need and more! The seating area outside is gorgeous! (Even the staircase in this apartment building is beautiful!) It is a 5 minute walk to the train which will get you anywhere you want to go in Vienna. The part of town this apartment in is perfect for anyone who likes to eat fresh, creatively cooked food. I am a vegetarian and had the easiest time eating in this neighborhood. There are also cute shops for house goods, accessories, clothing, EVERYTHING! Best of all, Maria is an absolute delight! We are so grateful for this experience! I am so sad we had to leave, next time we're in Vienna, we'll be staying here for sure!

I absolutely love this apartment.

There could be no more perfect apartment in vienna than this. On the Sam street as the 48 tram line, you are within two minutes of the Museum Quarter and subways around town, or a few minutes from Mariahilfestrasse and all the shopping that provides. There is a SPAR on the corner, so shopping for breakfast or lunc needs is easy, and you have a well-stocked kitchen to cook those items in. The studio apartment is large and airy, giant windows to let in fresh air open up onto a courtyard. Even though you are on a busy tram line you don’t here them AT ALL. The apartment is in the back of the ground floor so it is VERY QUIET and relaxing when you are inside. Walk in shower and desperate toilet are well thought out. And plenty of closet space for my recent ten day trip where I had to bring suiting to see concerts and operas. Your host Maria is very friendly and accommodating. With internet and information readily available. You really just could not pick a better apartment for a weekend or an extended stay. This really is THE spot. I’ve stayed in Vienna 5 times over the last four years. Hotels and other apartment rentals. This was my second time in this apartment, and I don’t think I’d do Vienna without it again. Perfection.

Wunderbares Apartment in Top-Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, vor allem die gemĂŒtliche und zentral gelegene Wohnung hat viel dazu beigetragen. Sie ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, eine gute Mischung aus modernen und historischen Elementen, wie altes Eichenparkett etc. Man fĂŒhlt sich tatsĂ€chlich wie zuhause. Alles war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit, daher wĂŒrden wir bei einem weiteren Wienbesuch gerne wieder anfragen bzw die Wohnung an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen.
