Perfect location for us to visit our son, daughter in law and grandchildren. Housing was as advertised, was clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very special as each house had awesome Halloween displays. It was also walking distance from Joe’s Farm Grill a family favorite. Our hosts treated us well and greeted us upon arrival. Nice place and enjoyable stay.

We appreciate the feedback and are glad the space was clean and provided a good night sleep. After 10 years of hosting with consistent five star reviews, this is the first mention of uncomfortable furniture or lacking amenities. The Guest House is stocked exactly as described, and we’re always available during a stay if something additional is needed, We stand by the quality of our space and the experience we provide.

Loved our stay in this little house, which was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, adorable, and smelled nice to boot. The host was lovely, and the neighborhood is super cute. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and even more within a quick drive. I highly recommend staying here.

Cozy getaway

The bungalow was just as we expected and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt when we couldn’t get in due to the door being locked and having no key. Would stay here again

Dream Bungalow

This bungalow was perfect for us! I loved having a kitchen with some basics items already stocked (ie oils, spices, salt/pepper etc.) plus a wide range of utensils and cooking equipment. We enjoyed the festivities on Halloween as the whole neighborhood participated. .. and a lovely neighborhood it was! The host couple were most attentive but never intrusive. We should mention the property was very secure behind an electronic gate. It was nice to be welcomed with a bottle of wine.

Beautiful, walkable neighborhood and close to so many great restaurants, shops and other amenities. Cynthia is a wonderful, welcoming host and communication was easy with her before and during our stay. Her casita was spotless and offered every convenience you need -- perfect for a longer stay. Hope to return.

Everything Worked Out

We had 27 days book at the casita in the back yard. Unfortunately the stay was cut short due to a waterline break in the garage that flooded our place. The owners were out of town but the neighbors who were watching the house saved the day. They got the water shut off and offered their casita to us for the remainder of our stay. Without their kindness we would have been screwed.
