Park Place Inn and Cottages is part of the Sanford Historic district and centrally located to downtown on one of the most scenic streets in town, Park Avenue. The property was built in the early 1930's in the Craftsman and Colonial style of the era. Park Place Inn is a vacation rental property that guests can stay for one night or extended periods of time. Park Place Inn and Cottages is a Veteran owned business by Aaron Butler, who also owns Creations Catering and Events. We work very hard to make sure all guests have a great and memorable experience while staying with us. We also host weddings and events on the property. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, provide a comfortable, personable experience, and give you the feeling that you are at home, which is unique from a hotel chain. Come stay with us and experience the difference! The Coastal Cottage is a quaint two bedroom apartment built into the carriage house of a historic craftsman home. The apartment features a terrace which is perfect for lounging in the sun. Other amenities include a full kitchen with fridge, living room with a smart TV and full sized bathroom with a tub and shower.
