This was perfect place for weekend getaway for family and friends. The amenities like pools table, heated pool and bbq kept everyone busy throughout the stay. Everything was clean and easily accesible. My friends,family and I really enjoyed this break at this comfy house.

Great for a weekend away with some friends.

7 of us stayed there for a cycling weekend down the Great Ocean road. The property was perfect for this with lots of space.

Great getaway

This is a very comfortable property - perfect for our extended family group, ranging in ages from 9-70. We loved the pool, proximity to fishing spots, beaches, cafes etc. Great kitchen and barbecues to cook for a crowd and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean views while having our evening meal or drinks.

Mums weekend away!!

This was a fantastic house with so much space to just chill out! The balcony was beautiful and a great view of the ocean. Close to shops and beaches. We loved it!!

Sibz getaway

This property was absolutely fantastic, home away from home, 5 bedrooms and so much space to spread out, play pool, swim in their pool, relax in multiple areas.Fully equipped, all we needed to bring was our linen and clothes 7 of us, 5 siblings and 2 partners and we all had an amazing stay. Love this house

Fortunately, 9 Malibu Place is located on the same street, making it the perfect choice for our stay.The online booking process was seamless, and communication with Stephanie from Surf Coast Getaway was outstanding. She responded promptly to all inquiries and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.The property itself was incredibly spacious, featuring five well-appointed bedrooms—ideal for ensuring that each couple had their own private space. Awsome space for a large family

The space in the house is amazing and relaxing. Didnt get to use the pool as much as we would of liked. But you can't help the weather it is.

We stayed here for the weekend.tye property is very big and the pool is great. However the pool need to clean to many tree leaf,pool cleaning devices left behind in the pool. Some linen is dirty on the bed. (Front entry on right room 1 curtain got rip 200mm not repair).The smoke alarm front entry go ON every 15mins due to battery issue,contacts management then got fix 2hrs later.Others then that is all good.Great location.Great communication.This house is easy to recommended.13-15/12-24

Great house for big group

This house was spacious and had great amenities (billiard table, pool, 5 queen beds, large couch and dining table). Booking via Stayz was a little tricky as I was re-directed to a local Real Estate Agency who could not confirm the deposit made via Stayz website. When collecting the keys I was not given the linen so had to double back to collect which was inconvenient. No doona covers were supplied, only flat sheets and pillowcases. Great house within walking distance to many restaurants.

Lacking maintenance

However the pool lights and water feature don’t work, pool copping is broken and missing in multiple locations, pool cleaning device left in pool and not allowed to remove resulting in half the pool not accessible to use.Backyard outdoor lights don’t work, couldn’t find remotes for two of the tv’s, some of the blinds are missing cords so can’t be opened, bbq had no gas, bathroom privacy lock doesn’t operate correctly and the bathroom fan doesn’t work .

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the layout of the house as well as the view however the house is in need of maintenance.The upstairs deck lights did not work, oven took a very long time to heat up food (2-3 times longer than expected), the pool table cues were in poor condition, shower pressure v weak, general wear and tear inside and outside (esp tiles near pool)If the maintenance can be improved, then this house is very easy to recommend.
