82A Orton Street is located in the heart of the gorgeous beach town, Ocean Grove. This modern two-storey house is just a stones throw from the main shopping precinct and only 200 metres from the beach!

82A Orton Street has 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people in comfort. There are two bathrooms (includes ensuite) and three toilets to accommodate everyone.
The open plan living, dining and lounge room is located upstairs and is full of character and space for everyone to relax. This area then leads onto an outdoor balcony area with BBQ and outdoor setting to relish the beautiful sea air.

SPA
At the end of a busy day shopping, playing and general holidaying, enjoy some relaxation time in the undercover 5 seater luxury spa.

GAMES ROOM
The house also has a games room, fully equipped with a foosball table, air hockey table, hookey set, TV, Foxtel, Nintendo Switch and PS4 consoles and games and skateboards (& helmets) creating hours of enjoyment for the whole family!

WI-FI & FOXTEL
You can also enjoy the benefits of Wi-Fi and Foxtel at 82A Orton Street.

HEATING & COOLING
The property has split systems, panel heaters and ceiling fans to create a comfortable environment for your holiday. There is also a gas log fire in the lounge room to enjoy in the cooler months.

CHILDREN WELCOME
At 82A Orton Street we provide helpful items for the little ones, making packing a little easier for parents! A port-a-cot, 2 highchairs, 2 x bed rails, stroller, children's crockery and cutlery, books, DVD's and toys are all provided. The upstairs level is also fitted with a safety gate at the top of the stairs.

Perfect for groups, location incredible

Located in between the beach and town centre, the spacious property was perfect for a group of friends to unwind. Multiple large rooms where kids can play and plenty of open plan in the kitchen / dining / living area. Booking process also a breeze, hope to stay again for my next visit.
