Great getaway

The house was very clean and comfortable! The location was quiet yet in walking distance to everything we needed. We would definitely rent here again if we went back to Seaside Heights!

Seaside Stay

Overall we had a great time in Seaside. The condo was nice and cozy for 2 couples that stayed. There is a keuirg instead of a regular coffee machine. Make sure to bring your own kcups as none were provided. We didn’t know there were shower towels and had to search for a while until discovering they were in one of the bedroom closets. Lastly, the condo could use a thorough cleaning. Lots of hair and dust in bathrooms which could use scrubbing, and the floors could use a good cleaning. Otherwise this a comfortable place to stay and very convenient to the boardwalk. We ate at Hemmingways and it was fun atmosphere with great food.

A very quaint and clean place. All appliances in good working condition. Beds and bedding clean and comfortable. Very convenient walk to the beach / boardwalk, even with toddlers. Awesome time of the year to be down at the Jersey shore not too hot or crowded a lot of businesses are still open. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back. Thanks for everything it was awesome!!!

Great location, ok condo, not worth the price

Very outdated with decor, the furniture was not at all comfortable to relax on, with holes in it, the master bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor. The place looked tidy but not clean, there was freezer burnt food in the freezer and only two forks of which both were dirty, with caked on food. The host messaged me at 330 the day of check in "Hi! This is your host for your upcoming stay. I wanted to let you know that the cleaners are there now, and it appears the dishwasher isn’t working. I can have someone come on Tuesday in the am to take a look at it. If you are okay with this, please let me know. If you don’t want your stay to be interrupted by this, I can try to reschedule. Check in is at 3. I will let you know if the cleaners finish up early so you can check in. i have created an access code to enter the condo (unit 8). " Check in at 3, message sent to me at 330, it's a 7 hour drive for me, rescheduling over a broken dishwasher is not something I would do, but to give me the information, 30 min after check in, 7 hour drive, and then never even let me know when the cleaning crew was gone was not a fantastic start to my stay. I did love the convenience of the boardwalk being in walking distance and did enjoy Seaside Heights, but I would not rent this condo again unless things were updated and communication was convenient.

We had SUCH an amazing time! Property is the perfect distance to both the Boardwalk and the water park. My 6 year old could handle the walk very easily. Property us clean, well equipped and the full time neighbors were super kind and helpful. We will be booking here next summer!

Great location

Great small spot close to the beach and boardwalk. Perfect for a few night stay. Kitchen is small and not very many utensils/ pots and pans but we made it work. Ac is very loud and didn’t cool 2nd floor very well. Outdoor space is private and nice to have. All in all, it was perfect for us

Amazing First Time Experience!!

This was the first time we tried a vacation rental, and we really enjoyed it! the property location was perfect and the property was exactly what we needed! The space was well cleaned and stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, and the homeowner was very concerned with our well being and making sure we had the best stay possible. She was quick to respond to any inquiries we had and left clear instructions for us in regards to everything, even suggesting local services that might be beneficial to us. Most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay! We are all greatly appreciative to the homeowner and all she did for us!!!!

Great location and great property

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was listed as a condo but it seemed more like a townhouse with an upstairs for the bedrooms and downstairs was the living room. It was clean and checking in was easy. We had an extremely late flight and received a code for the house. The location was perfect we were able to walk to the pier and grab breakfast and late night snacks at night. I would definitely stay here again. Both the management company evolve and owner were very accessible and easy to work with.
