It is truly a pleasure staying at “Going Coastal” beach house. Suzanne & Wayne are the best hosts. The house is amazing and spacious. There is everything you need and more. The house comes fully equipped with anything you could possibly need from beach chairs to boogie boards. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever want. Thank you for another great summer getaway and we cannot wait to return next year!!

Ortley Beach Fun

The house was very clean and spacious. Suzanne was very responsive whenever there was a question. Close to the beach and boardwalk as well as grocery stores and a great pizza place. We enjoyed our week!

Perfect Getaway

If you’re looking for a shore getaway, this house is it! Located close to everything Seaside/Ortley Beach has to offer. Quick walk to the beach, downtown, restaurants, and the boardwalk. The house is beautifully laid out including 3 decks (the sun deck was my favorite!) The house is stocked with anything and everything you can think of. Suzanne & Wayne we’re great hosts. Will definitely be returning!

House Felt Like Home

We had a wonderful 3 day stay over Easter. The house was beautiful with nice appliances, lots of space and close easy access to grocery stores, the beach and Casino Pier. We had a storm go through on Saturday so the power was out for a couple of hours. The alarm system was acting up as a result so I called the owners and they fixed it right away.

Wonderful week at the shore

Suzanne & Wayne’s house was a great spot for our family to gather at the shore for the week. It is a beautiful, newer house and spotless. We loved the decor and open spaces, especially the large kitchen and big decks. The rooftop deck is awesome for evening sunsets and fireworks viewing!! It was just a block from the center of Ortley which made it easy for a quick walk to restaurants, groceries, etc. And only 2 blocks down to the beach. Many bikes, beach chairs, etc in the garage were very appreciated! Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful with plenty of space for a family to enjoy a vacation at the beach without being on top of one another. The reverse living allows you to see all of Ortley from the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The rooftop deck was beautiful at night and a great place to sit during the day. The house also came with bikes, chairs, boogie boards and plenty of activities to keep everyone happy all day long. It was a two block walk to the beach which was quick and easy, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby in walking or biking distance. We loved our time in the house and would rent again.

Something for everyone!

Impressed by the many features this house had.1) Top sunset deck with its panoramic views of the area. Perfect for fireworks watching. 2)The third floor living space airy, bright and beautiful distant view of the bay and beach horizon. 3) Cozy 2nd floor sleeping quarters with a lovely shady porch/deck off the master bedroom. 4) Basement .. full of fun activities ping pong , some beach chairs, fuse ball and “beach bikes” . Lastly, a prime location to spot if the local pickle ball court was empty to play a quick game!

Fantastic experience

First off I would like to give endless thanks to Suzanne for taking a chance and renting out her home to a bunch of 24 year old kids, she trusted us and was the only home owner to give us a chance and for that we are grateful! As for the house itself, breathtaking! When we first came in the place was absolutely spotless and looked as if we were the first people to ever step foot in the house. We spent most of our time on the second floor balcony taking in the warm weather and gorgeous view of Ortley beach. The beach was also a 5 minute walk from the house which was perfect! The area around the house gives off a very cozy vibe and is super family friendly including a few different restaurants. Overall our experience was amazing and a large part of that goes back to the homeowners, great people who just want to make sure the renters have a great experience.

An absolute gem!!

This property is fabulous!! Close to all Ortley has to offer. They had everything you might need….I consider the beach badges, bikes, games, chairs and so much more bonuses!!!! Beautifully decorated and very clean!! Plenty of room for everyone—-the outside decks were great for morning coffee! We will definitely return!!!!

Fantastic home which is well appointed and very comfortable. The hosts were terrific.

A very fun week with the family. It is conveniently located to the beach, bay, shopping and restaurants. The only minor issue is that Rt. 35 can be slightly noisy, but overall a terrific week in a terrific property.

Awesome beach house and owner

This Ortley Beach house has every amenity you will ever need in a shore house for adults and children! House has three decks including a rooftop to watch the sunset. Ping-pong table, Foosball table, boogie boards, bikes and chairs are all in the garage which was a great place for kids to hang. Also included cornhole and other games. House is close enough to walk to restaurants, beach, etc but far enough away from the shore traffic. I can't say enough good things about this house. Suzanne the owner was a pleaseure to work with and look forward to renting the property again.

Spring retreat

Going Coastal was a great Spring escape for a long weekend for our small family. The house was the perfect size for what we needed, and being able to walk to the beach, playground, and bakery made things easy. Would rent again!

Great Vacation Getaway!

The house was perfect; it had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the rooftop deck and riding bikes everyday. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops with a two block walk to the beach. Wonderful!

Great property for 6-10 people

We got the house for LDW and the week after which made the price tag way less. The house was well worth the money. You're a 5 minute bike ride from pretty much everything.

Nice house

House is immaculate with a functional design and adorable beach theme. Location right on 35 makes it a little loud when trying to enjoy the deck space but after a while you don’t hear it as much. Owners were responsive and nice overall it was a great trip to enjoy with my husband and friends.

Convenient to everything!

My family enjoyed this house it was very clean and had everything you needed . We loved how it had an awesome roof top for sunset nights and a lower deck for eating. I would definitely rent again!! Suzanne was always available for any questions . It was a great vacation!!

A slice of “Jersey Shore” Paradise

Stunning home walking distance to the beach. Situated between the beach and a surrounding neighborhood where you could walk and ride bikes. Close to food shopping and all the action of the Jersey Shore. In addition, the multiple decks have great views and provided extra space to expand and enjoy. We just loved our stay and we all voted “yes” to return next year. The family who owns this place have really thought of everything a family needs for a pleasurable experience and couldn’t be nicer and any more accommodating. A full thumbs up experience :-)

Great Stay

It was great! We were in Jersey visiting family for the holidays and had a great time. The owner even added some Christmas decorations in the house to feel like the season. The house is beautiful with lots of space and a convenient location. Highly recommend.

Awesome vacation house

We loved our stay at Suzanne’s house at the shore. She is very friendly and answered all my questions . We had thanksgiving dinner at her house and there was plenty of room . The house is clean , modern and just such a delight! We can’t wait to go back . Thanks again !
