Great Vacay

Loved the kid friendly environment! The condo was very clean, well maintained property. Loved that this place allowed noodles for floating on while enjoying the pool. So much wildlife to be seen. Loved the sunsets from the patio at night. The walk to the ocean was a little long, but we expected that based on pictures of the location.

Spacious condo! Great views!

We had a great time! The condo was just as we anticipated. Though gulf front, it’s quite a walk to the beach- there was mention of this. Overall, a lovely condo and a great value.

Beautiful Unit + Location

My 11 year old son and I spent the week, and had a beautiful time. The view was fantastic, the unit was organized, spacious and comfortable - giving that at home feeling. We will be back again and hopefully to re-rent this unit for our future Marco Vacations!

Summer Vacation

The property is beautiful with a great view! The beach equipment was much appreciated and used daily. There were some issues with plumbing and the hot water tank but they were addressed immediately and everyone was so nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at South Seas many times in tower 4 and now tower three. We enjoy staying at this end of the Island. This property was clean and had everything we needed. The beach umbrella was broke, we let the property management company know, and told them we bought a new one. We gave the new one to family members as they did not offer to reimburse us, which we were not upset about. The master was large enough and the master bath was very nice as well. The guest room mattress was not as comfortable as the master, but it worked. One recommendation would be to get ceiling fans that are flush to the ceiling. We would definitely stay again.

Nice end unit

Beautiful property. Nice end unit. View and pool were spectacular. 2 areas that I’m sure owner is aware of. Living room carpet needed replacing and guest room bed needs replacing. Still a 5 on the 1-5 scale.

Marco - 12/26/20 week

Location - building - view are good/great The stove top didn’t work and reqd two repairman visits. The freezer was difficult to close and remained open 4 or 5 times. Queen bed was just so-so. The kitchen was decorated and equipped nicely. The gulf is actually a 1/2 mile walk but the views are good (end unit). Sun on deck from 1:20pm - dusk - much better than the other units on this side of building . No washer and dryer in unit was a bummer (the add didn’t say anything but I was hopeful).

Complete relaxation and wow what a view!

We travel several times annually to Marco Island to spend time with family. We have stayed in various locations, but this condo tops it all. We walked in to this beautiful unit and we’re “wowed” by all the natural light and just the overall lay out. We didn’t do anything but buy some groceries and moved right in for the week. It was only 3 of us. My husband and 9 year old who slept with us in the huge king bed. Which was very comfortable. There were several pillows to choose from in the closet if you needed something different. The overall cleanliness and beautiful updates with practical appliances, made this unit a definite desirable location for us from here on out. If you have more family staying with you, this unit offers two private suites each with their own bathroom. I just can’t even think of staying anywhere else from here on out. Wish it was available the week after Christmas! Would definitely reserve it again! It definitely spoiled us. We entertained some local family members who were also “wowed” with the unit! We sat down at the dining room table and we were able to watch the ocean and a couple of sailboats as we ate dinner. It definitely has a very nice flowing layout that has a view from every window! Definitely will not disappoint!

Great Views

Great place for my family. The guest bedroom had a double bed which I thought was a king when I booked. Other than that it was a great clean place.

Poor communication with rental agency!!!!

The condo, the view and the location was superb, however, the linens were old, ragged and had bleach stains all over them and the white face cloths were dingy and had black spots on them! When we arrived, the window next to the front door was boarded up and from a stranger's point of view it appeared it had been vandalized! I called the rental company and I was asked to email them pictures since no one had reported this before. I sent both pictures of the boarded up window as well as the linens. I did not receive a response. I emailed back to confirm they received my email.....nothing. We did not have a key to the "owner's locker" and I included this in my email. There was a small stuffed animal in a wooden box on the counter and when we moved it days later.....there was the key attached to the stuffed animal!! I would love to go back to this condo, however, I hesitate to deal with this rental agency. I would not recommend them to family and friends!
