Benvenuti nella nostra nuovissima casa sulla spiaggia Serenity! Serenità - un posto tranquillo dove riposarsi dal trambusto della vita. Situato nella desiderabile zona End Roads di Lincoln City, Oregon. Due strade dall'oceano, con vista sull'oceano, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Chinook Winds Casino e Safeway sono a meno di un miglio di distanza. Anche vicino ai sentieri per il pollice di Dio e il Knoll.

In stile contemporaneo di nuova costruzione 5 camere da letto, 6 bagni di casa sulla spiaggia. Il concetto di planimetria aperta fa sentire tutti connessi. Per farti divertire abbiamo una vasca idromassaggio, Shuffleboard, Foosball, X-box, 3 TV a grande schermo con cavo, WiFi, Fire Pit. Grande cortile!

Cinque camere da letto - 2 camere da letto con un letto King in ciascuna; 2 camere da letto con due letti Queen in ciascuna; Quinta camera da letto con due letti a castello (letto matrimoniale sul fondo, due letti in alto). Bagno separato per ogni camera da letto!

Piano superiore - Cucina completamente attrezzata con isola; Sala da pranzo con lungo tavolo; Bella camera; Deck con barbecue grill e tavolo all'aperto; balcone con vista sull'oceano; soppalco con ampia finestra che si affaccia sull'oceano - perfetto per l'ora del caffè mattutino o per la lettura pomeridiana. Due camere da letto sono su questo piano: un re e una doppia regina.

Beautiful home

Overall lovely home with lots of room for 4 couples to fit comfortably. The fire pit was nice as well.

Outstanding

This is our second visit to the "Serenity" home and we hope to make it a third time next Christmas.We love the floor plan and the kitchen comes equipped with everything-even items that we're not familiar.Having a bathroom off each bedroom is super convenient.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place on the Oregon Coast

This property was fabulous. It's not easy to find homes this nice on the coast that holds so many people. We loved our stay and would recommend to others.

We had a lovely stay! Accurate listing. So nice to have bathrooms attached to each room, and beds were super comfortable. House was very clean and the set up was great for our group. Easy walk to the beach!

Nice location. Plenty of room for 13 people ranging in age from 22 months to seniors. Teens really enjoyed the bunk beds. Would stay here again.

Awesome property!

We had 12 family members across 3 generations and the house was fantastic! Everything was clean, working and the online pics didn’t do the house justice. It was spacious and very enjoyable. Host was so fast to respond to my questions I was very impressed. Highly recommend!!

Good house

Large space, great for 3 families with kids ranging from 5 to 14. Kitchen has a lot of good extras that made cooking a breeze. Shuffleboard was a hit.

This house is great for multiple families! Everyone having their own bathroom was amazing. We spent a lot of time sitting around the island chatting. The large dining room table accommodated us all for dinner. Enjoyed having the different deck options. Walk to beach was easy. Love the location to stores and restaurants.

Great house with lots of room for everyone

Beautiful house. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Backyard hot tub and fire pit were so fun. Big communal table with lots of room (a rare find). Living room couch could fit all 16 of us. Owners were so nice and responded immediately when we had questions. Beach is a bit of a walk away and not easy access for old folks, but otherwise great location. We’ll definitely be back!

The perfect oasis

My group of 15 women have the most amazing time at Serenity House. This is our favorite place to stay for our women's retreats. It is perfect! Its upscale design and amenities are greatly appreciated and the comfort is beyond expectations. The beds are great! Customer service couldnt be better, any questions we may have are answered immediately. Location is fabulous. There is a family of deer who quietly stroll through the neighborhood and makes the stay even more magical. Thanks, Luda, for offering this amazing house!

Beautiful family home!

This house is so incredibly laid out for a multi family experience. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom plus and extra half bath. Very large well stocked kitchen with huge table and island for everyone to be able to eat together. Great room has very large sectional couch for everyone to enjoy movie night. Room downstairs for kiddos had bunkbeds, a TV, foosball, and an xbox. Fire pit and jacuzzi in back. Short walk to the beach with some beautiful views from the windows in the living room. This trip was a celebration for multiple families and we commented several times how perfect this house was. Would absolutely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it.

Fantastic!

Best rental I have had in over 25 years of going to the Oregon Coast! Five Master Bedrooms; four bunk beds for the kids. Well-appointed kitchen. There were inside towels and outside towels. A hose in back for rinsing off the beach sand. Big screen TVs; lots to do, and a short drive to the beach access. We and our kids and our grandkids all LOVED this house.

Great house

Everything is good in this home! The only down sides: when we got there, the dishwasher was still loaded from previous guests, not all bathrooms had hand towels ( we discovered some later in the laundry room) not enough paper towels in the kitchen ( just two rolls) All these things were not a big deal , just an FYI for the cleaners

Beautiful - Again!

We love Serenity! Everyone in my family loves it! Luda and Vitali are excellent hosts. The house is gorgeous, and very well maintained. Neither of the recliners in the living room reclined, but most people don't even know they should recline. My wife and I always arrive the day before the rest of the family, and I use the hot tub to relax from the long drive - there was a little sand in the bottom of it, so I guess I'm the only person who makes everyone take a shower before they get in it! There were a couple of little issues that you always expect from living in a house (like smoke detector batteries going out in the middle of the night), but nothing bad at all. This is an excellent property for anyone who wants their large group to be near the beach.

Quilting get away

Beautiful house. We love the location. We love that each bedroom has their own bathroom. And we really enjoyed the hot water at the sink. Already looking forward to next year.

I am married to my husband Vitaliy. We have five awesome children. We live in the Pacific Northwest and like to come vacation at our beach homes in Lincoln City, Oregon.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We have another beach home in Roads End, called Castle by the Sea, so we chose to built our second beach home in the same area. Roads End is a great area, the beaches are very nice. It is close to hiking trails - God's Thumb and the Knoll.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This home was custom designed specifically for the lot it was built on to have the maximum ocean view from the common areas. We also made sure that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which we learned is essential when staying with multiple families. Hot tub is a must in a beach home, since it isn't always warm and sunny at the Oregon coast. Having open area plan and high ceilings makes the home feel spacious.
