The Space:

Private and perfectly perched on the white sand and blue waters of the Pacific, this Oregon Coast retreat will spoil you in no time. Boasting three floors and four accommodating bedrooms, there will be plenty of room for everyone to spread out in no time. When you want to grab a bit of fresh air, the deck will be just the place to sip a morning coffee or evening cocktail as you watch the tide ebb and flow. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining the whole gang, as the full kitchen, living room, and dining areas seamlessly lead together making the perfect space to mingle as the chef of the group whips up a tasty meal. The lower floor is home to two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms, including the main suite, are located on the third floor. The main bedroom contains a king bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom complete with a deep jetted tub. When everyone wants to settle down for the night, free WiFi and multiple flatscreen TVs await for streaming favorite movies and shows. After a long outdoor adventure, you'll love soothing your tired muscles in the private hot tub!

Rockaway beach is perfect for those wanting to get a taste of the coastal lifestyle. With small-town shops, restaurants, and calm beaches, you will have plenty of options for how to use each dreamy day away. The heart of the city is three-and-a-half miles south, so you won't have to venture far to check out the Lincoln City Outlets. The house was wonderful. A couple things could have used some repair. And internet/tv didn’t work well. But the views are beautiful. Very clean house and lots of room. I would throughly recommend to anyone and will be back.
Three levels the middle level is the main entrance. There’s also no bedroom on the main entrance

Great location. We wish the fireplace was available for use. Unfortunately the hot tub never did get more than 97 degrees while we were there. But there was a Fabulous kitchen, Great bedrooms, and Lots of space.

This house was wonderful! It has the most amazing views, the hot tub was fantastic, and the master bedroom had the most phenomenal view. It was spacious for a large group and had most everything we needed.

The doorknob kept falling off. A but if a safety hazard. We had to go outside and up on the deck in order to access the outside part of the door knob in order to open the door. Glad there wasn’t an emergency situation. The handle in the master bathroom shower is broken. Sheer luck that it was turned on and off. It spun in circles and thru some fluke it finally worked. Turning it off was the next challenge.There were some things that need addressing that have t been and may also be a safety hazard. The porch light is hanging down on an electrical wire and appears to have been burned.I will forward the pictures. The house needs some safety work.

The amenities listed a game room, fireplace. However, when we got there, we did not find a game room. And the fireplace said not for guest. Not off to a great start. The icemaker machine was broken. Did not like the 10 AM checkout time.

Great for large family

Check-in was easy and efficient. Great location and layout for a large family giving everyone their own space. No real outdoor furniture to be able to sit outside and enjoy the view and watch whales. Topically things looked great but there was a lot that could be much improved on cleanliness wise. I let the management company know so hopefully it's been taken care of!

Long Weekend on the Beach!

This house was perfect for our family! The views were amazing and beach access was a short walk down the street! The house has plenty of room to spread out and the hot tub was lovely at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Views

This house had ample room for 2 families to stay together and be able to take space and have our own quiet times. With window seats and large dining table and kitchen we enjoyed the heart of the home with the gorgeous ocean view! The master suite was amazing! Walk to the beach access was just down the road. Also, enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. We all had a great time!
