The Desert Martini features the highly sought after Krisel floorplan, built in 1961. This homes mid century post & beam architecture is a classic mix of indoor/outdoor living space.
Relax in the newly reimagined mid century modern interior complete with mid century décor, Smart TVs and an entertainer’s kitchen.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a Master Bedroom with King Bed, and 2 guest rooms. I guest room is a queen bed, and the 3rd has a full bed.
The open floor plan of the indoors flows easily into the outdoor dining, Pool, Spa & Fire pit areas. Whether entertaining indoors or out there is plenty of room for your guests to relax. While enjoying the saltwater pool you can soak in the sun, fresh desert air and the amazing views of the mountains around you. Enjoy the evenings next to the fire pit, or inside next to fireplace or out in the Hot Tub and pool. What every your heart desires, the Desert Martini can be the spot your Palm Springs memories are made.
Relax, unwind, Rejuvenate, and slip back into the Chill Palm Springs vibe.
-Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- Pool Heating fee $100 per day, $700 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.

- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.
