This is a contemporary, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the main complex, close to theme parks and Convention Center.

Very close to the pool complex and clubhouse, less than 1 minute walk.

Located in front of new Universal theme park - EPIC UNIVERSE

The beautiful and modern master suite includes a King bed, while the second bedroom offers two Queen beds with ample space. The third bedroom contains two Full beds. This condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

A portable crib and high chair are available at no extra charge.

Each bedroom and the living room feature LED Smart TVs with Roku, and Cable TV , and free Wi-Fi is included.

The modern, open kitchen boasts granite countertops and is fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, dishwasher, blender, dishes, cookware, and silverware—everything you need for a home away from home.

There are two full bathrooms, both stocked with towels and a hair dryer.

Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The condo also has central heating and air conditioning.

Located on the ground floor, this unit is located about 1 minute walking from the pool, close to clubhouse, and gym, and features an open veranda with chairs and a table.

Two resort pool areas feature heated pools, Jacuzzis, firepit areas, a pool bar, and a kids' splash area.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of the Orlando Convention Center, and Epic Universe , and very close to Universal Studios, the Orlando Eye, top-rated restaurants, Walt Disney World and popular shops. Renowned golf courses are just across the street.

Situated in the theme park area, we're only 1 mile from SeaWorld, 4 miles from Universal Studios, and 8 miles from Walt Disney World.

In just 45 minutes, you can reach Florida's famous beaches and the Kennedy Space Center.

A Publix supermarket and Walgreens are within walking distance, and the community offers a heated pool, pool bar, and convenience shop. Vista Cay is a gated community.

The space was wonderful for our family. The amenities were great and was able to easily cook in the kitchen. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy Orlando. It is close to Epic Universe, as far as distance, but it’s a long walk, about 30 minutes. The communication between the host and I was very good, and I did share a minor concern and she was quick to respond. Vista Cay is a very nice resort and would recommend staying.

I purchased this unit with the intention of creating a warm and welcoming space for my friends and family. The location is ideal—close to theme parks, restaurants, and shops. The resort is safe, quiet, and filled with fun activities. The pools are amazing, and the lake walk offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.

What makes this property unique

This is one of the few resorts in the International Drive area that offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-sized kitchen, laundry facilities, and a spacious living room. It’s located across from the new Epic Universe park, providing ample space for families and plenty of fun activities. The resort features beautiful, resort-style pools and is a quiet, safe, gated community—the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay.
