Wonderful stay!

Our family had a great stay! The condo was exactly as described and the location was perfect for the events we were attending at the Orange County Convention Center. We would stay again if we are in the area andbit was available.

Awesome place!

We had a great time staying at this property. It's clean, and neat. Furnitures are fairly new. Mattresses are comfortable in each room. We'd love to come back and stay there again and would recommend to everyone

Great Location!!

This property worked great for our family. The location was perfect for visiting the Disney Parks and lots of restaurants near by. Our kids loved the pool. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

This was such a great location, close to the airport and Universal studios. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We were very comfortable and had zero issues while we were there.

Great Stay!

We just got back from a 4 night, 5 Day trip to Universal and this place was great for the six of us. The trip to/from the Universal parking was less than 10 minutes each way. We would definitely stay here again. The place was as advertised (very clean, modern and a great experience).

This place was great! other than ants.. which Ana took care of immediately. My only downside was not a great selection of kitchen stuff. no spatulas no bakeware or casserole dishes. place was clean, beds were comfy other than old pillows. Definitely would stay again!. .kitchen stud

The Perfect Condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! It is a nicely decorated condo in a pretty setting. The pool with pool bar is a beautiful area in the next block behind the unit; close but not so close to hear "Marco Polo" all the time! The beds are comfortable and plenty of hot water for everyone to shower without running out. Very nice to have a washer and dryer, too! It has a nice porch with seating to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a shopping center right outside the gates of the property. It has a Subway, Dunkin' Donuts,and Beth's Burger Bar (has great burgers) to name a few. It also has a Publix. Very convenient to all of the parks and water parks. The owner is responsive. Check in and check out is a breeze. We would definitely book with this owner again !

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay any more than we did! Everything was jist as we expected based on the listing description and photos. Having a grocery store in walking distance was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and having a long table with 6 chairs was great! Full size washer and dryer meant not dragging dirty clothing home after vacation... yay! The pools were great and the community is clean and quiet. This location was perfect for the convention center. Highly recommend!

The property was just as described. Close to everything, Disney, Universal, Seaworld and food

The renting process was smooth and the owners were very communicative. We ran into hiccups with Air conditioning and crib rental for my 1 year old. However, the owners assisted as quickly as possible and made Sure our stay was pleasant. I would definitely go back and stay there. The balcony at night was pleasant. The amenities and the location was perfect. The grocery store, Dunkin’ Donuts and liquor store. Literally minutes away.

Location, Location, Location

We loved our stay at Vista Cay. Publix within walking distance. Everything that we needed was provided. I took an extra roll of paper towels and tp because we had a group of eight. W/D made keeping fresh towels easy. Plenty of space. My only complaint would be phone service was bad inside. Had to stop out on the balcony to tak on cellphone. Other than that it was great!

Great stay - but needed better information in advance

Everything was great, except that we didn’t get the communication (until we were almost there) that amenities like towels, soap,trash bags, toilet paper, etc were provided in limited quantity and couldn’t be replenished. If we had had advanced notice of this we could have easily prepared, but instead we had to go out to buy supplies after we arrived.

Post- Ian Christmas Trip

While it wasn’t the trip we imagined, my sister and her husband weren’t able to make it due to cancelled flights and bad weather, we made the best of it. The property is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and tried to leave it exactly as we found it. The only downfalls are the immense amount of rules left to follow and the lack of basic necessities for traveling guests. If you book 6 people in your place, I’d imagine you’d leave more than one garbage bag, dishwasher pod etc. We brought our own, but still it’s a basic courtesy to leave your guests a few household products. All in all it was a pretty great stay.

Adult family trip to Disney/wedding.

Property was great. Convenient location. Very safe. Everything was clean and in good working order. Would have liked to have a few extras. Upon arrival such as tissues, and extra paper towel/toilet paper/garbage bags. I certainly left extra behind and hope that they are passed on to the next renter. There was a beach bag in the mechanical room that was convenient to take our towels and supplies to the pool. Another suggestion would be to have a supply of beach towels for the pool so that you did not have to use your bath towels. We had seven adults and stretched our towel utilization to the limit, doing laundry, basically for towels one to two times per day. The showerhead in the master bathroom needs replaced to a more adjustable unit due to the geometry of the shower, very difficult for someone under 6 feet tall to use. We would stay here again.

The resort is safe, quiet, and filled with fun activities. The pools are amazing, and the lake walk offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.
