TV 40" in all rooms and 50" in living room, Free internet WiFi

Modern and open kitchen with granite counter top fully equipped with appliances, regular coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, waffle toaster, dishwasher ,blender , dishes, cookware, silverware and everything you need for a home away from home.

Located in second floor with elevator available.

Just across the street you can find famous golf courses as Rosen Shingle Creek .
Located within the theme park area , 1 mile from Sea World , 4 miles from Universal Studios and only 8 miles from Walt Disney World .
We are about 45 minute from famous Florida Beaches and Kennedy Space Center.
There is a Publix market and a Walgreens inside the condo area, and its include a clubhouse with heated pool , Gym , Tike bar and convenience shop.
Vista Cay is a gated community.

This listing definitely lived up to its expectations! Close to Universal, great, relaxing pool area with hot tub & bar. Three decent size bedrooms with a master bath in one. The kitchen was very nice and we definitely utilized the fridge, microwave and drip coffee maker. Loved having the washer & dryer!!! Within walking distance, we loved the Publix, the burger joint, the breakfast cafe and the steakhouse all in that little stripmall! It was nice to not have to drive around after all that traveling and have things be so accessible to you. The host was very responsive; we received instructions to check in before our stay making the process super smooth. The pool hours are awesome, also!

Very clean and comfortable condo. The kitchen had everything you needed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Having pool towels to enjoy the great pool with pool bar was wonderful. The condo was minutes away from Universal Epic.

Our family had a great stay! The condo was exactly as described and the location was perfect for the events we were attending at the Orange County Convention Center. We would stay again if we are in the area andbit was available.

I purchased this unit with the intention of creating a warm and welcoming space for my friends and family. The location is ideal—close to theme parks, restaurants, and shops. The resort is safe, quiet, and filled with fun activities. The pools are amazing, and the lake walk offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.

This is one of the few resorts in the International Drive area that offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-sized kitchen, laundry facilities, and a spacious living room. It’s located across from the new Epic Universe park, providing ample space for families and plenty of fun activities. The resort features beautiful, resort-style pools and is a quiet, safe, gated community—the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay.
