Our host was great, the heated pool was great. We also took a walk around the water and saw an alligator in the wild. That was awesome. The view from the balcony was nice.

This is a beautiful apartment, the host has been lovely, welcoming and extremely helpful.We have been staying at Vista Cay for many years now and this is by far the nicest apartment we have stayed in. It is the little things thake stand out, like nice bedding, decent hairdryers and excellent communication.Will definitely be going back.. Thank You Ana

Immaculate, lovely condo. Everything we hoped for and more, could not be happier with our experience! We watched fireworks over Disney parks from our balcony, spent a relaxing day poolside after a day at Universal Studios.Location was close to everything we needed, Check -in was seamless, basic supplies were available for us upon arrival and greatly appreciated since we arrived to the resort after midnight.

It was a nice area! We went to Universal’s parks and thought the location was perfect. Having a grocery store across the parking lot was so convenient. The new pool area was a bonus!

Great clean property in a good location to everything Orlando has to offer. A few minor negatives. We arrived at check in time and they were still cleaning the condo. Sat in the hallway for 15 minutes to wait for them to finish. No major deal and happy to have a clean place but definitely inconvenient. Second, annoying that I had to buy toilet paper, trash bags and dish soap. These have always seems to be standard in VRBO’s but maybe I’ve been fortunate previously. Regardless, I would definitely stay there again.

Been to Vista Cay many times- things felt different this time

We have stayed at vista cay for the last 4 years. And up until this year every property has been pretty good, and accommodating and welcoming. The place is nicely decorated and for the most part clean, but the primary bathroom didn’t have any towels bc the cleaning crew left the dirty towels in the hamper - so we had to do someone else’s laundry. There were sticky drink rings on the end tables in the other bedrooms- which made me question how clean the property was. I know FL has many different little bugs, However this place had ants. As mentioned before , been to vista cay many times and never had ants. And we kept all of our food closed wirh rubber bands that we brought or in the fridge. The listing says that each bathroom has two rolls of toilet paper, in one bathroom we had 1 and 1/3 rd roll, and less than half a roll of paper towels. Which seemed very cheap. Other times we have stayed at vista cay the info was very true to what the listing says. And lastly- while the place is decorated so nicely the beds are so uncomfortable- you can feel the springs in the mattress. May sound like complaints but in June we went to Montana and booked each of our 2 stays through vrbo- and those stays were impeccable and comfortable. This was not.

The property itself is well kept and we enjoyed walking around the lake and having a grocery store within walking distance. The pool area is very nice and quite clean. Our condo was clean-ish. I could definitely tell that counters hadn’t been fully wiped down and just a quick vacuum of floors had been performed. I always appreciate cleanliness so this bothered me but the sheets seemed clean and it was, overall, a nice experience. I would stay here again.

Overall Property was nice, we especially enjoyed the pool area and appreciated the gates for safety. Neighbors were quiet and the balcony was nice. The unit had ants in the kitchen and we could not leave food on the counters. The shower needed a shower caddy for items. The pillows and bathmats were well-worn.

Ideal location

Spacious apartment for 6 max, there were 5 of us. It is located close to the original Universal theme parks and even closer to Epic Universe! The Publix supermarket is a 2 minute walk and has everything you need.

Perfect Place

This was a beautiful, relaxing place for our family to enjoy while in town for a wedding. It was clean, quiet and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and close proximity to the pool area. The nearby Publix and sushi restaurant were a bonus.We will be back.

The resort is safe, quiet, and filled with fun activities. The pools are amazing, and the lake walk offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.
