Satisfied customer

The apartment was exactly as expected and what we needed. The only unfortunate event was the fire alarm going off for 1 1/2 hours. But the team was communicating throughout as to the progress of what was happening. A friendly community. We left a few days early to beat some winter storms. But would go back and reserve again under different circumstances as we were here for medical reasons.

Great place to stay in Midtown

The apartment was very nice. Clean, convenient, safe parking, lots of space! Apartment was comfortable but not convenient

The apt was comfortable. We had almost everything we needed for our stay. However, parking was a bit confusing and not very convenient to get to and from our apt. I liked that everything was sent to me via email and was detailed. We were supposed to get a bottle of wine during our stay but it was not left. In the grand scheme of things, it was not a big deal but we were looking forward to it. Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and provide us with your feedback. We are glad to hear the apartment was comfortable for your stay. We apologize for missing the bottle of wine. I do see it was mentioned that you did prefer a bottle of red wine upon your arrival. Apartment comfort

The outside driving up looked uninviting but once inside the apartment it was beautiful and welcoming. I loved sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee daily. Could have been a much better experience.

The place is beautiful but my check-in was not smooth. I'll just say that management needs someone on site or at least be able to reach by phone because I arrive at 11p and did not get assistance. Their office closes at night. There was a car park outside that looked like parking enforcement but when I tried to get their attention I realized that the car was empty. If it weren't for other tenants I would have been completely lost. Team BCA Response: We are sorry to hear that you did not have a smooth check-in experience at our fully furnished apartment. We spoke a few times during your stay, and I would like to reiterate that we make it known that we are completely virtual and none of our locations have a front desk. Since we are not a full-service hotel, we provide detailed arrival instructions and 24/7 contact information to all our guests. In the arrival instructions you were provided, there are step-by-step instructions with photos on how to access our apartments, what phone number to call to contact a property manager 24/7, and more information about your apartment. You have provided us with this feedback several times now and we have asked each time if there were any specific areas of the instructions that you found to be confusing, but we have not yet received that information from you. It is becoming clear, that you perhaps did not fully read our arrival instructions prior to arrival, which could certainly cause confusion about the process. We are always disappointed when one of our guests does not have a 5-star experience, we appreciate that you did choose BCA Furnished Apartments for your stay in Atlanta and that you found our apartment to be beautiful.

Great place to stay

Instructions to park & get into the space were thorough. The rooms were clean, and the overall space felt open and spacious. The pool looked nice although we were not in town long enough to use it. You will have to come back in the summer to fully utilize this feature. It is such a great, relaxing spot to have.

Nice place, good location

The property was clean and looked nice, the unit was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The beds and bedding were comfortable. I felt that the check-in process was quite involved, but consider I was exhausted after a long day of travel, and anything other than rest was too much for me at that point. We had no problems during our stay, only one concern … After returning from a daytime outing we discovered that someone had entered the unit while we were away and we were unaware that this would be happening. My concern is that I just wished we would’ve been informed that a pest control person (or anyone) would be entering the unit during our stay. We would’ve prepared for it and at least packed away our personal effects. It felt like our privacy had been invaded. Jamie apologized saying the pest control person was supposed to come the next day, after we’d checked out, and that Jamie and team have no control over this but they’d bring it up in talks with the bldg. owners. Better communication is needed in general. Overall, our stay was pleasant and relaxing, and I recommend the place, with the caveat of being aware that someone may come in during your stay to service the unit without your knowledge.

Felt Welcomed by Kind Hosts

BCA is very professional and welcoming. Their team was always available with quick, warm responses. Such a wonderful experience. Staying at this place was like getting the best parts of a hotel and an apartment, combined. Loved that we had access to a garage and that we were a stone's throw away from Whole Foods. Plus, lots of closet space and comfy beds. Next time we're in Atlanta, we'll definitely see if BCA has any apartments available. BCA does things the RIGHT way. My family was truly impressed. Great place to stay!

The apartment was clean and quiet. We enjoyed having two large bathrooms. I would suggest that the property owners leave some laundry detergent in the unit. I have never stayed in a VRBO with laundry facilities that did not have at least a few detergent pods.

Great Stay - Central Location & Very Clean!

Easy check-in and check-out process. Roomy enough for 4 people to lodge. Loved the large bathrooms and walk-in closets! Kitchen was large and had all the kitchenware needed to cook, eat, drink, etc. Central location to downtown, Buckhead, the mall and other attractions. The only recommendation I would suggest is a full length mirror for us ladies! Other than that, I would stay again and recommend others to stay as well! Thank you for making the entire process easy and convenient!
