Perfect Stst

These apartments are perfectly located and well appointed. Very comfortable, quiet and easy to walk to dinner or the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this property ! Super nice, clean and amazingly quite

Great place to arrive too after a long drive. We were pleased with the apartment and was amazed at the quite surroundings. For being in downtown Atlanta parking was awesome and the location is again amazing. Can't say enough about the value in staying at BCA. We'll be back soon. Thanks also to the staff for the clean and comfortable bath and bedding.

The place is super clean and comfortable! BCA staff is always easy to get in contact with and leave plenty of instructions how to best utilize the space. Clean and Comfortable

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. I loved the kitchenette. Good wifi. Would have happily stayed longer. My only suggestion is to let people know in advance if they will be staying in apartment that requires climbing many stairs to get there (with luggage). I didn't see this in any of the documents I received in advance, and while I was able to manage, others might not be able to.

Close to Everything

This is a cozy studio complex close to everything downtown. When we arrived, everything was nice and clean. The property is well kept. The rules and requirements were all laid out and they had pretty much everything we needed to have a nice stay. My only problem is that there were so many stairs. Great stay at BCA apartment!

This was a terrific alternative to a conventional hotel for a few days' stay in Atlanta. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable, and had everything needed! I particularly enjoyed the roomy shower. The furnished studio apartment was larger than typical hotel rooms, making my time in the room very nice. Midtown interlude

I was anxious at first, but felt very safe in my apartment in the back. Jaime also placed me near a grassy area and my pup could lay in the sun on nice days! My oven door was a bit difficult to close, so I would check that. Maid service was terrific!! Any help needed was attended to promptly. Team BCA Response: It looks like you go to really enjoy our neighborhood from a night at the Opera to walking around the Beltline. Clean, quiet, good price

Quick few days visiting Atlanta. The studio was extremely clean and quiet. Easy access to downtown sites. Parking is free. The Internet is fast. Several restaurants in walking distance. Trip to Atlanta due to hurricane Ian

I had such a nice stay at the BCA apartments. I live in Florida and at the last minute decided to go to Atlanta to escape the hurricane. The apartment is located in the cutest neighborhood and I had such nice mornings walking my dog. It's very safe and the management is extremely responsive if you need anything. I had an issue with my dead lock and they fixed it the same day. I would definitely stay here again! TeamBCA Response: We are glad that you decided to escape the hurricane and stay with us. One of our favorite parts about this neighborhood is the walking trails and dog parks. Teddy must have really enjoyed his vacation! We make a point of fixing situations (such as a door lock malfunction) as quickly as possible and appreciate that you noticed. All the best to you and the furballs!

The experience was excellent. The place is quiet and peaceful. Although the floor was not clean enough, and there is no toothbrush or slippers without asking, the kitchen facilities are great, and the bed is comfortable. Good location BUT …..

The AC in my unit was not working properly . I had 4 sleepless nights due to the humidity in the room . I was out the entire day due to business but once I got back in the evening I regretted my stay . Management supposedly fixed the issue but it felt the same I was just too tired to complain with one day left . Room is much smaller than advertise . If you're in town and don't care about sleeping in high 70s at night this is a good spot , but if youre comfortable in 70 degrees or lower . Go some where else

Fine for a week, difficult for a month

Unit was clean and well lit, including lamps for evening (though I think warmer bulbs would help), bed and pillows were excellent, couch was serviceable. The cleaning service was very thorough and appreciated! Plenty of outlets, and hangers. Property management was also quick with mail and any issues. Suggestions: those kitchen sinks are very difficult to wash pots and pans in if the tenant is cooking. My unit did not come with scissors, baking sheets, a 12 inch pan, a whisk, or a grater, all of which I consider pretty basic cooking tools. The knives were also incredibly dull — I found it easier to purchase these things for myself than potentially argue their necessity with a property manager. Tupperware would be a nice addition for leftovers or bulk cooking. I understand the buildings are older, but updating the heating and cooling systems would go a long way toward making the apartments more modern feeling. The stairs up to the rear building are uneven, sinking into the soil, and the lowest steps are poorly lit at night creating a tripping hazard (everything else is well lit, which is why it was so noticeable).

Very good, need more paper products!

Liked my stay a lot. I ran out of paper products (tissues, toilet paper) because very little was provided. I was working crazy hours and unable to coordinate with the property management during available hours. Also, on my last morning, a giant roach crawled across my floor and I realized there were no means of insect dispatch in the unit. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable. Team BCA Response: Thank you for staying with us while you were in town for work. We know that many of our guests are busy here, which is why we are onsite during the day to help with any needs. We are reachable by text as well and that is a easy way to get ahold of us to let us know you need something. Each stay should start with 2 rolls of toilet paper, and they are replenished weekly. I apologize if that was not the case for you. Each property is treated for insects and bugs every 3 months, and we can perform spot treatments on request. The south is beautiful in the Spring, but it does bring its challenges with insects. I hope he didn't disrupt you too much.
