Si vous essayez de décider où prendre vos prochaines vacances, ne cherchez plus! Le lac Medina est en place et aussi beau que jamais! Notre maison est pleine de charme et d'élégance. Salon ouvert et spacieux avec cheminée, cuisine et salle à manger au premier étage. Les quatre chambres au 2e étage. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes. Deux chambres ont des lits queen, une avec deux lits jumeaux et une chambre avec lits superposés a une couchette double-lits jumeaux ainsi qu'une couchette double-pleine.
La maison dispose de deux grands ponts au bord du lac: l'un à l'arrière de la maison est couvert et l'autre au bord de l'eau est ombragé. Beaucoup de stationnement asphalté. Le séjour comprend l'accès au quai, au canoë et au kayak. La maison est équipée d'Internet, d'une cafetière, d'un grill et d'accessoires, et plus encore. Des bateaux sont disponibles à la location. Lake house

Excellent accommodations, had great experience even in 100+ weather. Used back deck when not day-tripping, and found fans very helpful. Would definitely return again!

Hill Country Riders

Had a great time riding the local area. The VRBO was very nice. We never met the host, but all communication was easy and pleasant. We will be back if possible.

Absolutely Beautiful!!!!!

Jeremy is a great property owner with perfect communication. The house and view is beautiful. We spend most of our time on the huge back deck when not in the water, it is amazing. Everything you need is provided in the house just add food and drinks. The lake was low but we still had plenty of water at the dock for our boat and jetskis. If you are looking to rent this property you will not be disappointed

Excellent Lakehouse Getaway

The location on the lake was very central and near the cliffs. The kitchen was very well stocked and the view from the covered outdoor patio was amazing. I think it's important for families with young children to know the stairs that lead to the second floor have no rails on either side. We were able to block the bottom of the stairs so our toddler would be safe. But inspite of this, we were blown away with the comfort and conveniece of this home.

Great for a weekend stay

We stayed for 3 nights over the weekend. Owner gave great info on how to get in. House is amazing beautiful and had the feel like home . House was equipped with all the accessories. Both Kuerig and regular coffee pot. Beautiful deck and lounge. Lots of space. Bedrooms were nice. Back patio has fans & ceiling fans which made it very nice . If your quiet and lights off out on deck, be sure to spot for the fox and deer. They do come out at night. Was awesome to see. Lake or no lake. House was amazing to stay at. Beds were very comfortable, just love the house set up .We will definitely be back!

Lake House

Property was very misleading from the ad. We were expecting water front being we rented a lake house only to find out a couple days before leaving the water is down in the lake. We were on a motorcycle ride and nowhere did it state anything about the driveway being so steep. The rental process was easy and the owner communicated with any questions we had.

I’m really disappointed with your review of the stay. When we spoke about the property, before I accepted your reservation, I mentioned the lake level and the fact our dock was on land. I keep the listing updated to reflect the lake level as the lake goes down, which it was updated to reflect the water level at 25% when you inquired. When we spoke you said the water level wasn’t a problem because you were primarily making the trip to ride. You wouldn’t need water. I certainly try to make sure everyone has a full understanding of what they’re getting so they know what to expect and can enjoy their time. I over communicate to make sure people have a great time and when they leave they leave completely satisfied. I’m not sure what I could have done better.

A nice quiet getaway!

We had a great time at the lake house! We had a minor inconvenience, but it was handled quickly by Jeremy with quick communication. The house had everything we needed and the view was great. It was nice and quiet….a great time away from the city life!

Christmas 2021

We enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful property. The house was really clean and full of thoughtful conveniences. We loved the huge back porch and comfy furniture; we didn't cook much but the kitchen was more than sufficient. We enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles and watching movies on the big tv. We can't really comment on the lake activities as the water level was very low. Just a few observations -- we all missed the entrance as it is well hidden on a curve; there is no railing on the staircase in the house which was a challenge especially since we had a crawling baby; if you are sensitive to air fresheners like we are, just plan to unplug them when you arrive. Also, bring bottled water with you.

Amazing! Highly recommend!

Jeremy went out of his way to ensure his property would fit our needs. We were extremely impressed with his courtesy and overall thoughtfulness. Home was clean and comfortable. The lake was low, but my husband and children were able to take out the kayaks. So peaceful to sit on the upper dock and look out at the view! Our stay was just perfect!

Great Place and Good time

Place was great, The front porch was really nice to sit and enjoy the outside. Mid-July and it was really comfortable with the fans. And in the rain it was good too. Water was low, but that was not really an issue to get down for a swim or boat ride. Area around is kinda thin on services which is good/bad in that you are really away despite being close to San Antonio. So, bring things that you think you won’t find at a small town grocery. But it is also a short drive to Bandera and Boerne, House was clean and kitchen was good.

Fun and Relaxing Weekend!

We had a great long weekend at the lake! The house was clean and well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed our time sitting on the big, covered back porch looking out at the lake when we weren’t down in the water. The lake level is low and it is a bit of walk to get to the water, but once we made it down, we spent the day floating in the clear water. The property is peaceful and gave us exactly the relaxing weekend away we were looking for! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Great place for a weekend getaway!

Beautiful home! Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the lake too much. Stairway down to the lake is too steep and it’s a long walk to the dock. Not ideal for a pregnant woman and a one year old. But overall we had a great time!

Relaxing lake vacation, great space and kitchen

Our party of four adults and three teens enjoyed celebrating four birthdays during our stay at this open, airy, relaxing home. The property was wonderfully clean, the kitchen was perfectly useful. We grilled many meals outdoors and had most meals on the spacious deck. The four bedrooms were plenty and the bathrooms were functional. You're at the lake -- it's not like you're putting on makeup and doing hair daily. (But even if you were, the bathroom counters were large enough to spread out.) About the property: We loved the deck, and the second deck, and the dock at the water. We were very happy to see the water was high enough that we put kayaks and canoes in the water, and swam and floated and fished. The property had two kayaks and a canoe and we brought our kayaks too. All seven of us were on the water and spent truly an entire day on the dock and in the water. It is a rocky walk down to the dock, one of our teens just had emergency room stitches in his knee the morning we arrived, but he made it fine too. (If it were an elderly person, it might not have been an easy walk.) We truly enjoyed this space and if our travels bring us back to the area we would be delighted to stay here again.

SCTP 2021 Texas State Championship

We really enjoyed our stay out on the lake. Our son's were shooting out at the National Shooting Complex and instead of staying at a hotel we decided to VRBO it. This house was an easy drive for us into the facility from it's location minus a few traffic lights which we got used too. It' a very cute house with a great beautiful patio deck that was nice to sit on in the evening and listen to the locust and watch the lighting bugs do their thing. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake in the evenings and using the kayaks as well. Everything was comfortable inside regarding beds and showers, etc... and we would recommend the house to friends and family with no hesitancy at all. And we would definitely use the house again if we're ever back over that way.

Annual Family Get Together

My family tries to get together annually somewhere in the hill country, and this was our first time to check out Medina Lake. We had a great time playing on the lake and floating the Medina river. This house was perfect for our group of ten, ages 6 to 65! The house is clean, roomy, is well stocked with all the necessities, and comfortable. We spent most of our time on the huge back patio that overlooks the lake. We had zero issues with the lake being so low. We fished, pulled kids on boards behind the boat, swam, etc. The lake is soooo smooth, and my oldest son even found a cliff to jump off on the lake.

Serene Getaway

My family and friends had a lovely weekend at Siesta Shores. We were very impressed with the property, including how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was so peaceful sitting on the deck and looking at the lake. The only thing I would have liked to see ahead of time would have been the staircase. It is in the center of the house and does not have rails, so it was quite treacherous with my active 3 year old. Once he got used to the stairs, our weekend was less stressful. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Overall perfect!

Your place is great! We had 7 kids with us and 4 adults and we all were extremely comfortable. The beds were cozy and the overall lay out is nice and open. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. Your patio is super nice and the fans made it even better; it made a great spot for the kids to play games, all provided with our stay. We did have a heck of a hard time getting the boat/trailer backed out of your driveway with the incline and layout of the driveway. We didn’t get in till 9:45 pm Thursday night so we had to pull it straight in and finding a spot to turn it around was a nail biting ordeal. Luckily the people up at the dead end are still under construction and that spot is where we had just enough room to back around and turn the boat around. The boat on the trailer is roughly 30ft. So with that maybe add that in your description for the rental of the property to give your guests a head up🙃 The downstairs bathroom is spacious and very nice with a huge soaker tub, just wished it had a shower head. A home that sleeps 11 with only one shower can get a little hectic but it all worked out🤪 The boat dock was worth it all and Super convenient! The vrbo pictures do your home no justice! The place is beautiful❣️

Wonderful Place

A beautiful place with access to the water. A true hidden oasis on medina lake. The place was very clean and a lot of parking. Up to date with Google home to play music. The porch has fans to help beat the heat. The owner was very friendly and even help bring our charger back to us.

Great time

Great escape from the San Antonio area. Super close and a boatload of fun (pun intended). I definitely recommend this place - especially if you are a water lover like our family.

The deck on the back of the house is a perfect place for coffee in the morning, playing cards or board games, or relaxing and making time for a nap. There's one swing that we installed for our daughter that's hanging from a beautiful oak tree in the backyard.
