Beautiful Mountain Escape

We loved our stay! Frisco is a great town - and this hone sits in a beautiful quiet spot wirh easy acccess to Main Street and the interstate. We enjoyed the viiews of wikdlife from the back deck - and the hot tub. The kitchen is very well stocked - we enjoyed several meals at home. There is so much space! We only had 4 people. Could have comfortably accommodates 8 (or more). The bikes allowed us tonexplore the town - fhere is a trail through the woods that allowed us to check out aome wildflowers, and it was easy to bike down to the marona and theough main street. We visited Breck, Denver, Rocky Miuntsin National Park, Red Rocks, and Mt. Blue Sky during out trip. Thisbhone was rhe perfect home base!

No wine

It sleeps up to 10 people but after 3 of us took showers there was no hot water left. The rest of us had to wait until it hot again. Tried connecting the owner several times to advise her that there was not a courtesy bottle of wine there. Got no reply. Disappointed but other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Great location

This property was clean and well-furnished. The host was responsive to our needs. We loved being on the bike path and close to shops and restaurants. Our only issue was that there was not a bedroom or bath on the main level. We thought that could have been made more clear in the property description.

Great Place in Frisco!

We loved our stay at this condo! The setup was perfect for 2 families. And the kids had a living room, bathroom and bunk room all to themselves downstairs. The hot tub was the perfect afternoon activity for the kids. Great location, great views - they had so much fun exploring the forest around the house. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and everything you could possibly need!

Great Location, lots of room and comfortable

The place is as advertised. Very close (walking distance) to downtown, to Walmart, and such. Also, easy to get to the ski slopes - Copper, Keystone, A-Basin or even Breck. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and everything works well. The hot tub was great. Parking was also good. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was EXCELLENT.

Wonderful Stay

Emily’s property was perfect for our stay. We were two families - 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 8-11) and the condo had enough room for us to spread out and great common spaces to enjoy each others company. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were perfectly situated between Copper and Breckenridge and within walking distance to town and grocery stores. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great stay!

So much to say, where do I start

The house is beautiful, very well equipped, the location was perfect to the town and nearby ski resorts. there wasn’t anything we went without. Examples, we brought laundry soap they had it, we brought shampoo they had it. this house was one of the best properties I have ever rented. The owner was very quick to respond to my messages. We will definitely be coming back to this property again.

Love staying at this property. Great location in Frisco, property has everything you need, hot tub is great. Emily is wonderful with communication and was very accommodating when we had a flight cancellation. Would stay here again without question.

The condo is on a great location. Easily accessible and a quick drive to Copper where we were skiing. They got tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked, furniture was nice and comfortable.plenry if room for kids and the extra family room downstairs was great for the teens. Neighbors were friendly and we even saw a moose under a neighbors deck.

Great location, excellent condo. Would rent again!

We had a group of 9 folks for a bit of a reunion. It was really the perfect combination of some privacy for the couples and plenty of sleepy space for the others. Clean, modern, and roomy. Great dining room table and the jacuzzi was great on our snowy visit. Very conveniently close to Frisco, thus easy to get to all the ski resort. Thanks Emily!

We are a family of 5 from Denver who love adventures, especially in the mountains! We have found a treasure in 651A Gold Dust Drive and the surrounding Frisco/Summit County area. We are grateful to have Summit County right in our backyard for biking, hiking, skiing, and all sorts of family adventures! We are excited to share the Colorado mountains with you! We have loved taking our 3 small children to Frisco, as well as getting away with friends. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

This Frisco condo/townhome in Mountain Pines is very spacious and bright, with over 2100 square feet and lots of windows. The home has numerous upgrades, like hardwood floors and tiled bathrooms. The combined areas of the kitchen, dining and living room create a warm and open atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a full bath, that offer quiet solitude. Downstairs there is a bunk room with 4 beds, a bonus room with TV and sofa bed, and a full bathroom. The bonus room is like a 4th bedroom and also doubles as a second TV/Game room, more geared towards the younger ones. Like the main level family room, it has a VCR and DVD player with a large selection of movies. We have just added a 32' flat panel TV with DVD/VCR in the Master bedroom and a 50' flat panel in the Family Room.

What you won't find are comforters from the 1980s and hand-me-down sofas that belong in a fraternity house. We have purchased everything specifically for this home. We've made an extra effort to make this vacation home a place that you will want to return to year after year. You also won't feel like you are staying in someone's second home. You will be staying in a professionally managed vacation rental with all of the amenities you would expect in a luxury-level rental.

After a day full of Summit County activities, you can relax and enjoy your evenings by sitting by the gas log fireplace watching movies on the big TV, playing board games while listening to the CD player, or soaking in the hot tub and viewing the surrounding forest and mountains.

Enjoy Downtown Frisco's many restaurants and shops, just a walk/free shuttle bus ride away. Within walking distance are Starbucks, Safeway, Wal-Mart, video rentals, ski rentals, cafe, restaurants, liquor store and more. The Silverthorne Factory Outlets, with over 100 shops, is on the free shuttle route, or drive there in 5 minutes.

Convenient parking/storage are in the attached 2-car garage. No Smoking, No Pets allowed.

We fell in love with the multi-level space where everyone can have their own place to unwind, but the main floor great room sealed the deal for our family to all enjoy time away together! Meals at the big table, a beautifully updated and functional kitchen, and a cozy TV area where we can all gather after a great day on the slopes or a hike/bike in the summer.
