This spacious family holiday home provides an excellent hub for everyone to come together and enjoy all that Bribie has to offer. A short stroll from your front door you will find the
stunning white sands and blue waters of Woorim beach, the patrolled area for safe swimming to your left and the off leash dog beach to your right for your fur-babies. The centre
of town is an easy stroll away and has plenty of shops, cafes and clubs to keep you entertained when you're not enjoying the beach.

Inside this lovely two storied home you will find four bedrooms, two bathrooms, ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. There is also a sparkling in ground
swimming pool and out door entertaining area with a table setting and BBQ for all to gather around.

On the ground level there is an open plan living and sitting area, with comfortable sofas a flat screen TV and Dvd player, table and chairs setting and a second fridge. On this
level there is also a bathroom, a complete laundry with washer and dryer and two bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and the other with a double single bunk combo.

Upstairs is the main living area with a well-stocked open plan kitchen with modern appliances and walk in pantry. There is a dining area and lounge room with a TV and sofas.
Another bathroom and two more bedrooms are also located upstairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two single beds.

The yard is fully fenced so we are more than happy for you to bring your dog along to join in on the holiday fun as well. This home caters perfectly for a large family or two families.
You have the luxuries like an in ground swimming pool and air conditioning throughout as well as the beach, parks and centre of town a short walk away.

Accommodates 9: 2 x Queen Beds, 2 x Single Beds and 1 x Double/Single Bunk Combo

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

* Please note bookings made prior to July 1st, 2023, have a different linen set up and you will need to refer to your booking confirmation for linen information.

A $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog.

Bribie bteak

Property was advertised. Dog friendly but not suitable for a small dog as she was able to fit through the bars of the fence. Otherwise a pleasant stay

Spacious House

The house is quite big, fully self-contained and in a great location for easy access to everything that Bribie has to offer. Parking for 3 cars in the driveway is also very convenient. A couple of those mattresses could be updated but otherwise it makes for a comfortable & enjoyable holiday house.

Family getaway

We loved this house! Great for the whole family including our 1yr old Border Collie. So close to the dog beach & walking distance to shops, cafe, pub & surfclub. The pool was a bonus that we used every day. We found the Internet access and the info book needs updating with the new details 😉. There are Puzzles for rainy days but if you’re not a puzzler bring your cards or other games along. I would suggest incuding some of the basics ie: tea, cofee, sugar, small long life milk and spare loo paper would be a handy and welcoming touch for first day arrivals before getting to a shop. I would also suggest review of cleaning process between guests. We will definitely be back and are looking for the next dates we can get away. Thanks again for allowing us to stay.
