We had a great stay at the property, with lots of relaxing time in and around the pool. We had most of what we needed to prepare our own meals and the grill came in very handy.The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. Having two bathrooms was a great feature.The location was perfect for us - within walking distance of my brother's house and not far from stores if we needed to pick something up.I would have liked better quality towels. Luckily, my brother had extras to share.

Cozy spot

Centrally located to shopping and the college. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was wonderful after running around all day and the beds were comfortable.

Close to interstate.

We enjoyed our stay. Pool was a plus. Fenced in yard was extra and safe for our dogs.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay here, great location, and very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the pool. It’s a short drive to the Amish restaurants, good food! We would definitely come back!

Home away from home!

The place was as depicted online and much better equipped with crib, linens, etc. than we had expected. The hosts were very responsive and quick in adjusting the pool temperature. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean and comfy

Without doubt the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. It was close to restaurants and food shopping. The pool was heated and clean. Although the weather wasn't always .cooperative, we did get a chance to enjoy the pool.

One week relaxation

House was very comfortable,clean and very well equiped with utensils etc in the kitchen and bathrooms.The pool was excellent,clean and warm.Good range of TV cannels.Nice freezer and fridge very clean.Kin Size mattresses were very comfortable.Overall well recommended.

Great location,

Great location neighborhood and neighbors were friendly, just constantly had issues with the pool never could get the pool company there on time, several days we couldn't use the pool because of alge or not being heated as advertised. We stayed 21 days & couldn't use the pool in 7 of those days

Dear William ! Thank you for your review! I'm glad to know you enjoyed the location and the neighborhood. I apologize for any inconvenience the situation with the pool might have caused. It was the first occurrence in 7 years when we had to deal with the algae due to the dishonesty of the pool company employee. We've addressed this issue with the vendor. The owner of the company has taken measures and from now on he will be attending to the pool himself. Once again, I'm sorry for the negative experience you had during the days without the pool and I'd like to reassure you the situation is taken care of. Great location for visiting Sarasota

The house is exactly as described. It was clean, beds were comfy( I loved the cotton sheets) and we enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. Bathroom towels were very thin and bathroom tissue was awful. The villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood that was within a few miles of grocery store, restaurants and drug store. 15-25 minutes, depending on traffic, and you are in the city of Sarasota. We enjoyed the thrift and antique stores, Armand Circle and Lido Beach. We would definately stay here again if we are in the area.

Everything was great only issue was the pool had sand and only had 2 jets working so the pool was unable to filter out items floating in pool. And if the pool cleaner came he didn’t do a good job for the owner.

Ok place

Place needs to be updated! Fritos under couch and couch needs to be replaced. Outside needs to be cleaned up and patio to pool needs to be washed!

Great backyard

Sofiya was quick with responding to questions and great to work with. Back yard is very private and neighborhood was quiet. Screened in lanai and heated pool were our favorite place to relax. The pool is well maintained. It was great to enjoy the outside with no bugs at night. Kitchen appeared to be new. The 2 roll away cots were a great choice when we had 2 children with us. Replacing mattress in master bedroom And adding bakeware to kitchen would be an asset to the house.

Nice place

The house was very accomodating and nice. The beach gear needs to be replaced, we had to buy our own umbrella and some of the chairs were old and not usable. We were also missing a set of sheets for the couch but it wasn't a must so we did not ask for them, just be sure they are available for the next group that stays there. All in all was a good stsy. Thank you.

Nice quiet Villa.

We stayed at this house for four weeks from mid-February to mid-March 2016. The neighborhood was older but very quiet. The landscaping at the house was in poor condition. All the flowerbeds were mostly weeds. The house itself was as advertised and comfortable. The washer and dryer are in the garage and are old and grungy. The washer left rust stains on a new shirt that I had purchased on this trip. The shirt still has the rust stains. Other than that they worked fine and were heavily used during our stay. The heated pool was greatly appreciated by the grandchildren when they visited for a week. We initially had a problem with the pool heater, but a call to the owners quickly resolved the issue.

Some small things

The heated pool was fantastic and we really enjoyed it. Both bedrooms had king sized beds which was great. I stay in rentals quite often, and at this price point, I did expect better attention to detail. The pool area is in desperate need of pressure washing. The outside table was taped together as was the walk in handle to the pool. There was a broken chair that should have been disposed of. There were only 2 pool towels. The yard had dog poop. There was a gas grill, but hardly any propane. There were no kitchen towels, very few bath towels, no tissues in the bathrooms. One bedroom had no garbage can. The hall bathroom has a fabric shower curtain that was in need of washing. No scissors in the house. I left behind liquid hand soap for future guests.
