This home was just perfect for our 10 day beach vacation! Both the indoor and outdoor spaces (including in ground pool area) were clean, beautifully decorated, welcoming and relaxing. Even our “fur baby” enjoyed lounging with us! The beds were amazing, use of the laundry and kitchen household items was so helpful and very well stocked, and floating around in the pool was the icing on top!

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to settle in and relax. Very well furnished home in a quiet area. Good sized pool with a nice deck area/seating etc. Only a few miles from the beach and close to restaurants/shops etc We enjoyed our time there and will return.

House was fantastic! Communications with Katie were easy and thorough! Close to everything! Beautiful pool! Beds comfortable! Lots of beach towels available and beach chairs were a nice touch, especially with flying into town! Would stay again!

Beautiful home

this home is exactly as advertised. The pool is the icing on the cake. Also, there is everything you need for the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Many restaurants close by. Do yourself a favor and book this house!

Relaxing

My husband and our dog stayed for 3 weeks in late January and early February. Our stay was awesome! We lounged in and around the lovely pool while our dog had free rein of the fenced backyard. The house was perfectly equipped, the bed was comfortable and the owner communicated quickly. We would love to visit again.

Nice vacation home

Comfortable home; small, but relaxing pool and outdoor area. Location is close to stores/restaurants. We walked the local neighborhood daily and it’s a mix of some nice houses and some that are not taken care of. Katie was quick to reply to emails!

Sarasota Visit

This home is cozy and well provisioned. Very clean and consistent with photos. Neighborhood is quiet and great location for walking to restaurants. We visited Sarasota to visit friends and would rebook this property.

Siesta Key

Absolutely fantastic. Would stay here again. Pool is spectacular, relaxing and refreshing. Drive to Siesta Key beach is less than 5 mins. Property was all the chairs and umbrellas to make the trip perfect!

Wish it didn’t have to end!
