Great Location

In addition to the spacious condo the area has great amenities nearby. Pub across the street with good food, convenience store half a block away, and several other dining places within a few blocks.

Snowbird Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the check-in process did not go smoothly at all, we truly enjoyed our month-long stay. The condo was spacious and had plenty of dishes, towels and other amenities. The property itself was very quiet and nice. We would highly recommend the unit and will definitely consider it for our snowbird stay in 2022.

Not quite perfection.

The location is wonderful, the condo feels like the owners never actually lived in it. The bedrooms and living rooms lacked sufficient lighting, TV viewing hardly possible. No night stands in bedrooms and no end tables in livingroom. Would not be a repeat visit for us.

Great location

Ŵe like IRB a lot. The condo is ideally located for us. However, there are glitches which make us hesitant to stay in this unit again. The push button key pads for the entrance, the pool, the beach and the unit itself all need to be overhauled. Sometimes they work but more often than not, a key is required. Since we had no key when we arrived, we were unable to get into the unit for over 30 minutes, until the keypad finally released. There is no one to help with emergency needs at Resort Rentals on Sunday, so there is no assistance available for us. We were offered a locksmith's service call for a $50.00 charge. There was a hole in the bathroom wall where a toilet paper holder should have been. This was not repaired during our stay even though we reported it. The shower faucet was also broken but this was repaired . The lighting in the unit is not adequate for reading after the sun sets. There are no window coverings in the living room so we had to improvise something to keep the sun from blinding us every late afternoon . The sunsets are beautiful . The kitchen is well stocked but most of the dishes and cups bear significant chips. The linens are good. There are few end tables, and no bedside tables in the second bedroom at all. The airconditioning is very good. The refrigerator and freezer are fine, as are the stove and dishwasher. It seems the shortcomings could be remedied easily with minimal expense. Correcting these issues would make this the ideal unit.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the beach in the Sea Horse Condominium Unit 410. The unit was clean, bright and had a great beachy vibe. We had plenty of room and it had everything we needed. It is a great location and very safe. The pool is a very nice size and has toys for the kids to play with. The beach is steps away and there were chairs, umbrellas and beach toys too. I only left the condo to get more food for my kids. There was a great pizza place across the street and an ice cream shop too. We can't wait to go back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was the perfect combination of convenience, wonderful accommodations and perfect restful location for my family's stay. The condo has a less crowded beach front than many of the neighbors, but there is grat dining and grocery options within walking distance. The condo is spacious and the view of the gulf provided a wonderful respite from our typical pace. The sunsets were breathtaking and the pool was never crowded. My family will definitely return for a future visit!

Good and not so good

Loved the location. Indian Rocks Beach is a small town. Condo was right in the middle of it. Loved a yoga studio across the street. Not so good part...TV was unusable because there were no directions about how to use the apps, asked us to sign in?? There was a NFL play-off game we were trying to watch, I ended up downloading my TV app (removed it before we left). The mgmt company doesn't assist on Sundays unless an emergency. I spoke to the manager of the mgmt company, he was very nice, brought us bedside lamp for bedroom. (the only light was ceiling fan). Futon in master bedroom is unusable because the frame is so broken. The kitchen was adequate but the nonstick is past its prime. Had to use a box grater to mince garlic. There were several beach umbrellas in a closet, some are broken. For the price I wouldn't return. but loved the area

Wonderful stay at the beach

Excellent location and very well laid out and equipped condo. The views are even better than the pictures. Very comfortable with everything you need to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and lots of dishes. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants in Indian Rocks, and the beach a few steps from the complex was not very crowded. We have no reservations in recommending this unit to others.
