This spacious, family-friendly, Gulf-front condo features updated appliances and a furnished balcony with a water view. Guests will enjoy a large, shared pool, hot tub, sundeck, tennis court, and convenient beach access.
Grab your camera and explore the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve, where you can walk among the mangroves on an elevated boardwalk and watch for native birds and other wildlife just a block away. One mile south, take the whole family to Splash Harbour Water Park for a day of fun on the water slides. And when you need to refuel, grab a bite to eat at one of several local restaurants less than a half-mile from this vacation rental.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
