Une belle maison de style victorien a été transformée en duplex. Ce loft situé à l'étage dispose de lits superposés triples, d'une suite lit king-size et d'une télévision connectée.

La cour et les porches arriÚre / arriÚre sont entiÚrement fermés et disposent de balançoires / meubles de patio.

DÚs que vous entrez dans la maison, le couloir d'entrée comporte un escalier menant à la suite en mezzanine. Toute cette suite privée est à votre disposition et disponible pour utilisation.

La cour arriĂšre / latĂ©rale est disponible pour ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e comme le porche et est un espace commun pour tous les invitĂ©s.

La buanderie est Ă©galement Ă  votre disposition. Vous ĂȘtes invitĂ©s Ă  utiliser le dĂ©tergent Ă©cologique disponible.

Charming older house

A charming apartment on the upper floor of an older house. While the house itself is pretty old, a lot of care has been put into furnishing it to make it a charming place to stay. The only negative was a really small shower (actually a bathtub, but with the curtains around making the space for showering very small). The host communicated super well in advance and during our stay. We had no issue to solve. Thank you!

Lovely Loft

This is a second floor apartment that has a lot of lovely features. The host clearly has put time into making it comfortable and pretty. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen works well. The bathroom is old but works fine. The challenges were that the listing showed bunk beds and a king bed, but it was two king beds, which made it hard to find sleeping for two teenagers who don't sleep well together. To be fair, the host apologized and brought over extra blankets so we could use the futon. The area is also a bit noisy at night with a nearby train and hospital so I'd suggest bringing a noise machine if you are a light sleeper. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Cozy sweet apartment

From the welcoming cafe lights on the front porch and soft comfy blankets and mattresses, this apartment worked well for our family when we were visiting our son and going to the U of I football game. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful.

Girls trip

The home is beautifully maintained. We loved all the decorations. Beds are comfortable, and the bunk beds were awesome. It is the perfect location, everything is a quick uber ride. Property manager is super helpful and quick to respond with and I information. When we come back to Champaign we will be staying here.

This 2 bedroom - 1 bath - loft style apartment with a mid century modern aesthetic can sleep up to 4 guests and is a short 5 minute drive to both downtown Champaign and University of Illinois making it an ideal location for your next visit to Champaign.

The Loft is an upper level suite in a 100 year old Victorian-style home that has been converted into a duplex. This suite features triple bunk beds, as well as a king bedroom suite, clawfoot bathtub, and smart TV.

You will enter the home by going up the front porch stairs and entering through the front door and going up the staircase to the right. The private apartment entrance will be at the top of the staircase.
This home includes:
