Newly Remodeled, Center of Champaign.

Newly remodeled tri-level home located in the center of Champaign. Minutes away from downtown, the University, the State Farm Center, tons of shopping and good restaurants.
The home has been renovated from top to bottom featuring a Urban Farmhouse Modern feel throughout. The living room is on the main level, the upper level has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom while the lower level has another bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen with all new appliances and a dining room. Both bathrooms have bath tubs with showers.
I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed.
The house is located in a cute, quite neighborhood doors away from a bakery and coffee shop.
The driveway will hold 3 cars, with additional parking across the road on West Union street or at the end of the block on West White Street.

House was as described. It was extremely clean, quiet inside and check-in was seamless. WiFi worked very well. This was a wonderful stay for us. The house is on a very busy road and you have to be careful entering and leaving the driveway. However, no road noise inside at all.

House was as we had hoped. Clean and well stocked.Only drawback was that it’s located on Prospect Ave., so traffic is busy. For our stay it wasn’t an issue, as we had no young ones with us.Will definitely stay again.

Nice Property

Home was just as described. The king bed was soft. The kitchen was well equipped. The only minor thing was that it is on a busy street but it did not affect our stay. I would highly recommend this home. Kenneth was very attentive.

Visiting Son at UIUC

The property was extremely convenient for everything in and around UIUC. Enjoyed a nice family weekend visiting our son at the University. House was clean and fully equipped. Enjoyed our family time together in the cozy living/family room. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Girls Weekend

We had a short but nice stay. The only downside was we didn’t know the kitchen and dining area were also down a flight of stairs. A member of our party has metal plates in her ankle and a rod in her leg. All the stairs were a little tough for her. Otherwise the location was wonderful and the house was fully stocked. We enjoyed our time.

Trip to IHSA tournament

Went to Champaign for IHSA tournament. Perfect for 5 guys on the trip. 4 nice bedrooms with large beds. Kitchen very well equipped. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Close to U of I. We would stay again when in the area.

Great place for a weekend in C-U!

The place was very clean, looked great, comfortable, and full of items to make our stay smooth. We had great communication with the owner, and felt like we had all of the info we needed well in advance. We especially liked the table in the kitchen area - great for sitting around and enjoying a chat. Everything worked out just as described, and therefore we were very happy with our time at 308 Prospect.

Perfect for Weekend in Champaign

This property was very clean, it was stocked with everything we needed and the location was great, both in proximity to Downtown Champaign and to Campustown. I would highly recommend for anyone in town for a weekend, especially if it’s for an Illini game!

Contra weekend stay

We arrived on a snowy day. When we arrived the snow had not been cleared. This owner said they could not ensure removal in a timely way. Our group had a number of people who had trouble getting their luggage through the snowy walk and it was a slip hazard both outside and inside the house because of all the snow/water we tracked in. People visiting this property should look carefully at the photos. We did not appreciate that that one of the bedrooms is not really accessible for two people due to how close the bed is to the wall. Additionally one bedroom has no storage area for clothes. It would help to specifically mention this in the description. We also found the tubs, which were not fully shown in the photos due to the closed shower curtain were difficult to maneuver because they lack any safety bars. Also there were no shower mats that we could find to mitigate the slippery shower floors. The check in process was good, but it could have been easier to go in through the back entrance for some guests, but this was not possible. We appreciated the nice kitchen, which had lots of amenities, but it a challenging place for a winter stay.

A perfect spot for a weekend in Champaign!

The home was absolutely perfect. A beautiful home! Incredibly clean and well-decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen-ware - while we did not cook much, it had everything! The manager was super responsive. I would definitely recommend this property!

Spacious and clean

We were sending our son to college and stayed for 5 nights. We also remotely work at the dinning room. Beds are comfortable. Lots of towels, toilet paper and Kleenex. We also enjoyed the coffee pods supplied in the kitchen, so we didn't have to buy coffee. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again if we go back to visit.

Great Weekend

Came to town with spouse, kids and their family/partner plus pets, 7 adults and 1 child. Enough space for us be comfortable. Did not fully use kitchen but seemed to be well stocked had we needed. While street was busy wasnt disturbing and was not too difficult to get out of drive. Will consider staying again.
