Second-Time Renter

We absolutely love this property! It is perfect for a small family. The best part is the back porch that overlooks the pond. We were able to see fish, geese, ducks, and lots of turtles. We also kept the back door open to listen to the water feature in the pond (very relaxing!). If you are looking for fancy, this is not it, but if you want a quaint little home in a quiet section of the park, this is your place!

Great place for small family, really enjoyed the golfcart. And Melissa was always available to answer any questions, no matter how many time I called, only down side was my child left her camara in a closet. Not anyone fault but here would stay here again in a heartbeat

Spacious lovely house

This house was amazing. It backs up to the pond and has a back porch you can watch the swans from. We didn't feel like we were in Ocean Lakes. On a very quite side road. Juat a short drive to amenities and the beach. Love the fact it had a outdoor shower. The house was clean and had a full kitchen with a large dining table.. Thank you to the owners for sharing this house. We will rent again!

Disappointed

Place was dirty sinks in bathroom were filthy a d oops weren't swept. No dish where and with covid things needed to be sanitized. Needs updating g for sure Sorry but disappointed 😥

We very much enjoyed our stay. It’s my new favorite place in myrtle beach. Wish it came with a golf cart but it’s no big deal to rent one.

Great stay

This a great rental. In a quiet street away from the beaten path. Only a short golf cart ride to the beach. Right on the water where you can feed the turtles and fish right off the back deck.

Dirty house

House with a lot of dust, bad smell, dirty kitchen, greased dining table, floor with dog hair, cockroaches in the kitchen and in the couple's bedroom (under the pillow), dirty shutters, long-dirty coffeemaker, lack of a light in the table, lamps not working, carpet dirty.

Quiet, comfortable and relaxing

We stayed at this site for a long Thanksgiving weekend. I loved having a deck in front and another in back, it gave us the choice of sitting in the sun or in the shade while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. This site was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet location, maybe due to it being off-season. Overall a very relaxing time.

This was a last minute trip plan, and the property manager Melissa Ward was OUTSTANDING!! She got back to me within minutes from booking to the end of our stay....I will recommend her to all my friends and family.

This house was great It fit all our needs. The house is decorated so cute, was just far away enough to get away from the crowds but still enjoy ocean lakes amenities. The golf cart provided was awesome. Loved the rocking chair front porch, especially at night. The house was clean upon arrival. I will definitely rent again.

Great place to stay!

We did the express check in, and when we got there at 11pm, we just pulled right in, and went in. It was so easy! The house was clean, smelled good, and it was a blast in ocean lakes. We went to the beach and water park often and the golf cart that was Included was a huge plus!

Perfect house for a July 4th vacation

Location was excellent and the stream behind the house was fun to feed the geese, ducks and turtles from our back porch. The house was very clean and everything was exactly as it was stated in the description. I took my 21 year old son, his best friend and my fiancé. It was perfect for us!! Melissa was very easy to get in touch with and we had an awesome time. We plan on using them again.
