Some Problems

Door knob fell off upon entry, there were no clear instructions on how throw out garbage, yet owner sent threatening messages about garbage left near some other garbage at building entry and a suggestion I broke door knob. "Unit" is nice, but beware of owner.

Danc's communication was generally satisfactory at the outset, which led to my approval of his request for an extension. However, there were several concerns during his stay. The building’s guard reported that Danc had placed his garbage on the stairs, despite a designated garbage bin being available on the ground floor. When addressed, Danc responded in an unprofessional manner. Furthermore, it was brought to my attention that Danc allowed minors into the unit, which is a violation of legal regulations. I promptly addressed this issue with him. Additionally, upon his departure, the condo unit was left in an unsatisfactory condition. The space was left very dirty, and the air conditioning unit was left running at full capacity without being turned off, which is both wasteful and inconsiderate. While Danc’s communication was initially acceptable, these issues need to be addressed to ensure a more respectful and responsible stay in the future.

This is our first condo and we really taking care of it. We wanted to maintain it clean and inorder because we meant to pass this to our generation. We made sure our guest will feel at home even they are away from home .
