Upgraded Condo | Walk to Kamaole Beach II | Maui Banyan Resort w/ Pool + AC

Conveniently located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II, this large 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom S. Kihei vacation rental offers ample space for everyone in your entire family/group to allow for maximum comfort.

The owners were very thoughtful of the furniture, finishes and amenity choices they secured for their S. Kihei home in order to afford a well-kept atmosphere which allows for enjoying Maui even more special. The entire condo is cooled with 4 min-split air conditioning systems. The living area has a grand couch plus an armchair for relaxing that also turns into a sofa bed. The large balcony also has a full outdoor dining set for the days you just want a little more Maui. The kitchen features new countertops and new stainless-steel appliances.

The master bedroom in this unit has a king-size bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. One of the other bedrooms also has a king-size bed, and the other guest bedroom has a queen bed. One other bathroom has a walk-in shower and the other has a shower with a tub. Two bedrooms and the living room have new flat-screen televisions.

*This condo is located on the third floor of building T. There is No elevator in this building.

Cooling: (4) mini-split AC systems.

This home offers a washer and dryer in the condo. 8 guests maximum occupancy. There is free parking on property for one car, with parking pass.

Room is wonderful. My 5 year old really enjoyed the beach toys. Boogie board and beach chairs were great. Room was stocked good with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. It really helps not to eat out all the time. Made use of the grills at the pool. Rooms were very comfortable with A/C. We look forward to our next trip. The kids wand to come back every summer.

We loved this place! It was quiet, peaceful, and clean. The beaches across the street from the property were amazing. Lots of great places to eat are in close proximity to the condo. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, and beach towels provided in the condo were in excellent condition and added to our beach days. The pools were nice and great to have a designated parking space too. A very easy checkin process and host communication is excellent. Mahalo!

We really enjoyed the location of the property, very walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants. The layout of the unit is great all the bedrooms are spread out and each room has its own access to the deck with privacy. All 8 of us felt very comfortable.The unit has chairs, umbrellas, wagon and mini cooler which was a great add on and saved us money from renting.

Perfect in every way!

We had an amazing stay with the family, the property is perfect and you can’t beat the location. Would absolutely love to stay here again. I appreciate that the property managers thought of all the little touches too.

A Nice Location in Maui

Other than a parking place fiasco at check-in (they changed their parking procedures 2 days before), we had a wonderful visit. The property, grounds and pools were all fantastic. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and many restaurants.

Great for Family

Family Vacation

Rented three condos last minute and felt like we hit the jackpot. Really nice condos, great communication with the rental company. Will definitely be coming back.

Overall easy experience and quick to respond management and housekeeping staff. Our girls loved walking from the rental to the beach!

Great family condo

We stayed here with our kids and my mom during our Maui vacation. We loved how spacious the condo was and how each room has it's own bedroom. The boogie boards and sand toys were an extra treat for our kids. Great location, easy walk to the beach!

Perfect location for a family trip!

The location is amazing. Property is quick walk right to the beach. Most things are within walking distance. Place was beautiful and having full 3 bathrooms for a family of 8 was essential. It made our first trip to Maui that much better.

Maui Memories!

We really enjoyed the condo! It provided all the comforts of home but walking distance from the beach! We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas daily!! Our family of six had plenty of room to make wonderful memories!!

Short stop over

Stop over for four nights on Maui and wanted a walkable location to amenities. The condo was nice, and the kitchen was the best supplied I've ever seen.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo near the beach

The main reason we picked this place was its location for a 3 bedroom, 3 queen or above beds which were hard to find. For 3 couples, this was perfect. Very clean, nice kitchen. There is also some beach gear which was very helpful.

Nice condo

Condo was comfortable for 5 adults and 3 children. Well equipped, with the exception that there was no salt and pepper in kitchen and not sufficient trash bags and no container for recycables. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas.
