There was some difficulty with check in, but beyond that the stay was wonderful! The room was spacious and clean. The staff at the resort were lovely.

Excellent choice. Large well-equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath, very conveniently located. Staff were great and very helpful with recommendations. The amenities were quite nice and varied - it would be wonderful for kids. We would stay here again any time!

Loved the resort. Only real issue was that when we arrived at out room there were two plastic bags of what looked like extra toiletries and towels sitting in front of our room.

The property was favroably affordable, safe, clean, and friendly environment. The main problem was with the sofa bed which was uncomfortable and possibly lead to bed bugs or some type of factor that caused markings or bug bites each morning. Otherwise, the resort was perfect and made the stay more enjoyable for the vacation.

The thing about this booking that bothered me was they kept asking for a name of the who was staying and threatening to charge 99 if it changed. My wife and I had not decided who would take my son (for a soccer tournament) and who would stay with our daughter. This charge is against VRBO policy and I did not like them even making the name demand. Also, the on site restaurant was not operational because apparently the kitchen staff didn't show or walked out.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this Williamsburg, Virginia resort, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed spending time at the outdoor pool.The resort is conveniently located near Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA, making it an excellent home base for exploring the area. The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated with us throughout our stay.We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay at this property again!

The room and the amenities were great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that we had to pay a resort fee of 15 per day which I was not aware of when I booked. Also this was a time share resort that wanted us to sit through a 90 minute presentation.

It was wonderful. I went for a job interview So I was working all week. The staff were friendly and courteous. I have a service dog and they were very welcoming to him and didn’t give us a hassle which a lot of places do. I bring a cover for the bed and a carpet for the floor. I cover the chair and couch too and I bring a kennel for him. We do our best to leave no trace of dog behind.
