3 Bedroom...1 king, 3 twin, 1 queen. sleeps 7...one bath
Full Kitchen...dishes/cookware/utensils, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher,
washer/dryer, linens, air conditioning, cable TV , DVD, BBQ grill, wrap around screen porch, covered parking and
dock. 24ft Pontoon boat available $150/day $800/wk $1000/mo (plus gas). Kayaks available $10/day single or $20/day Double.
Lots of back roads for motorcycling as well as bicycle trails as well as Wildlife Mgmt Areas for hiking, mountain biking or 4 wheel driving licensed vehicles. Horseback riding and air boating available close by, or just relax on the lakeshore.

My Husband and I moved to Inverness, FL from Pinellas County in 2000. We have been working and living here in this paradise ever since. Our rental house is right next door so we can be available if any problems or questions arise.

Why they chose this property

This area has great fishing. Bass as well as Crappie fishing. We moved here for that reason. Skip used to fish this area before there were houses. He would camp on the shore and fish for bass. He caught the biggest bass of his life right out back of our rental over 30 years ago and he was hooked.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful Area with all the necessities but also the peacefulness of a small town. Bike trail, groceries and restaurants all within a 2 mile range. Even a Pub and Grub you can drive to by car or boat if your out on the water and couple wineries within 10 or so miles, as well as the Villages. Many Golf courses and a local race track. Various open fishing tournaments, bring your buddies and come on out. Horseback riding and Hiking available in the many wildlife management areas. Even some caves in the Withlacoochee State Forest.
