Palermo Zoo is lately considered the neighborhood on fashion for the "Porteños", because the strategic location in the middle way between Recoleta and Palermo Soho, with lively bars and fancy restaurants, and close to beautiful green areas like the former Zoo, or the Botanic Garden, or the Bosques de Palermo.
The building is not special, but the apartment is very luminous and comfortable, you will love it!
