COMPLETAMENTE REMODELADO (2018) Condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el segundo piso en Sand Pebbles con vista al mar y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. Cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Cocina totalmente equipada y área de lavado. TV de pantalla plana en salón y dormitorio principal. La unidad también tiene acceso a dos piscinas en tierra y dos accesos a playas privadas. Este condominio cuenta con cómodos muebles costeros y un diseño familiar. Pleasure Island ofrece muchas atracciones tanto naturales como comerciales. Una variedad de restaurantes (algunos a solo un par de cuadras de Sand Pebbles) tienen menús informales o más exclusivos con especialidades diarias de marisco fresco. En Carolina Beach Marina, hay barcos de alquiler que ofrecen pesca en alquiler (tanto en tierra como en alta mar). El Acuario de Carolina del Norte y el Museo de Historia de Fort Fisher están justo al final de la carretera en el extremo sur de la isla. Desde el acuario, puede acceder a senderos de marismas y disfrutar de la flora y fauna nativa. En la misma zona, encontrará el ferry Fort Fisher a Southport. Haga una excursión de un día al histórico Southport para comprar antigüedades y almorzar en el río. Fun get away

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a great location with easy access to the beach. The porch has a view of the beach so it's a great spot for morning coffee .

Great vacation

I wanted a place on the beach and even though this wasn’t as beachfront as I wanted, it still gave me an ocean view and was a great place to stay. Walking distance to the board walk was a plus for us.

Spring break

The condo was immaculate! It was just my nine year old and me. Very cozy. Comfortable sectional couch and well stocked kitchen! We loved everything about the condo and definitely want the same one when we come back for next year’s spring break.

The property was very clean and well appointed. We had one problem with the handle on one of the toilets not working but the maintenance man got there within a day and got it fixed. The only issue I have is that to use the beach you must use a locked gate and there is only one key fob available to open it. There need to be too as it is very inconvenient if you have people coming and going to the beach.

Great views of the ocean, beautiful inside (just like the pictures online) and parking spaces that you can get in and out of (you don't have to call the guest behind you to move their car!). It's close enough to the boardwalk but you don't have all the congestion of being right beside it. Loved everything about this place.

The first night we noticed the keurig wasn’t in the unit. I messaged Bryant Real Estate and the next day they brought us a brand new one right to our door! Service just doesn’t get any better than that! The condo was walking distance to a few restaurants and ice cream. We will definitely be back!

Great Location with Easy Access to Beach and Restaurants

Reviewer Comments: I was here to reunite with my daughter and son-in-law, who I hadn’t seen in 2 1/2 years because of living overseas in the military and Covid restrictions. We found the condo to be very comfortable and loved the easy access to the beach and area restaurants. The kitchen table was enjoyed one rainy night as we played board games I brought. We only cooked one breakfast and one dinner in, but the kitchen had all the dishes we needed (we did need to buy salt and pepper, but left them behind for the next people). My two boys joined us on separate nights, so luckily both had friends in Wilmington where we could leave their cars because of limited parking. That was a bit of a time waster, but not a deal breaker. They also said the pullout sofa could use a new mattress because the springs were digging in their backs. We also had a few Palmetto bugs, but it’s NC at the beach life! Bryant Realty was great to work with and everyone was super pleasant. I’d use them again!!

It is on the second floor, with no elevator. Only concern is the parking. You park under the building and they are tight spaces and not a lot of spaces.

With the beach less than a minute from the front door of this property and restaurants and shops within walking distance, guests wont need to drive around much! The maintenance guy was pretty quick to get there. He cleaned everything up & put up a shower rod & curtain. I felt we should have been reimbursed for expenses endured for medical supplies. My husband had several cuts & a couple of pretty bad gashes on his finger. No one offered to do that which I was disappointed in. They were apologetic & asked if my husband was ok.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was decent but felt like a bad hotel. 2 rolls of toilet paper was all that was left for guests. Inexplicably cheap! No paper towels, napkins or plastic cups for bathrooms. The charge for linen and towels was over the was all the administrative fees. You advertise the unit for X dollars per night and it actually is nowhere near that price. Never stay with you again.

These properties are individually owned and decorated to the owner’s taste, so they are very different from a motel that leaves plastic cups in the bathroom for guests each day. In looking into your reservation I see that you booked on HomeAway and the nightly rate that they advertise is actually an Average Nightly Rate, plus they charge you a fee for booking on their site, so I can see why you feel you had many administrative fees. We provide a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom; we have a list of items to bring on our website and our staff would have been happy to answer any questions that you may have had. I hope that you will consider speaking with one of our reservation specialist directly next time to ensure you have a positive stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying at Sand Pebbles. Great location and view for the price. Our kids loved the pool. It was clean and well managed. Planning to come again next year!
