私たちは、手前のオーシャンフロントで冷たい飲み物を飲みながらリラックスできるフロントデッキで冷ややかな感覚に由来するコンドミニアム「Chillaxing」と名付けました。 このコンドミニアムは完全に改装され、広々とした居間があり、7人用の十分なスペースがあります。 2つのベッドルームのそれぞれは、快適さとクラスを念頭に置いて装飾されています。 各ベッドルームにはデッキがあり、マスターが海に面していて、ゲストのベッドルームには運河の景色が見えます。 コンドミニアムには、各部屋にフラットスクリーンテレビ（Netflixが含まれています）と、新しく更新された家電製品と広葉樹があります。

ビーチフロントになるだけでなく、ビーチで過ごすにはあまりにも暖かい時には、プールで冷やすことができます。

カロライナビーチボードウォークは、夜に聞こえる唯一の音が海の波であるほど十分に遠くまで歩いています。

We had a great stay at the condo. This was our second time staying here. The location is excellent and steps away from the beach and restaurants. The place was very clean and in a very quiet area. My only complaint was that the washers wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t drain the clothes so we had to manually squeeze clothing out. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook up a tasty dish.

Great location, we rented last year as well, easy access to beach and quick walk to broadwalk and shops. Host was very responsive. Will be renting again next year for sibling / cousin reunion. Added bonus this year was watching air show from balcony / deck.

We had a great time staying in this condo. The kids room was perfect for our 3 kiddos. Easy quick access to the beach and the pool was great for cooling off. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with convenient access to the beach.

Nice place and great location

Great location and nice place. Right on the beach and walking distance from boardwalk. Beds were super comfortable, place was clean and had everything we could think of in the kitchen. We will certainly be staying there again.

This is our second time staying here and we were just as pleased this time! It is such a beautiful, clean, and cozy condo! We enjoyed the big out door space. The owners are so nice and easy to reach!!

The kitchen was great . One of the bathroom needs some work in the ceiling. The rooms were clean. Internet was good. Beach view not the great and outside too many bugs…Overall it was fun .

LISTING DOES NOT SAY SHARED PARKING! The parking was an absolute nightmare. Came back from a day of charter fishing and neighbor had all 3 parking spots blocked for C and they were not staying in C. They were not available by phone. No answer, no response to text, voicemail mailbox was full. Had to go to their apartment. Answered door after knocking because they were ignoring doorbell. Intoxicated vacationer refused to move and then blocked my vehicle and made threats. Police had to be called for vehicle to be moved so my vehicle was not blocked in. Amenities listed were broken ie washer and dryer which are important for beach attire. Owner knew about and did not mention before check in. Cleanliness. Nightstand in bedroom had a mystery substance on it. Same intoxicated neighbor burnt dinner and set off fire alarm sending out a full fire response with audible alarms going off. Intoxicated neighbor saw me outside waiting to park and came down to harass again. Poor communication, broken amenities, PARKING NIGHTMARE, and hostile neighbor.

I apologize for the washer dryer not working sometimes appliances break and I did inform the guest and have the email to prove it. I informed the HOA and owner of the other unit about the intoxicated guest and they did an investigation, involving the police and fire department. Unfortunately some things are out of my control.

Girls weekend

Perfect location for a girls weekend. Nice deck overlooking the pool and ocean. Walking distance to restaurant and famous Britt’s Donuts. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family decided that in 2015 we'd like to finally take the leap of faith and purchase a home-away-from-home. Somewhere where we'd like to relax with friends and family and rent out to families like ours; people that want to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life and enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Through our extensive search for a beach property we knew we HAD to have a few simple things: Beach front, canal views, pool, and a walk to the boardwalk. This condo checks all those boxes and so many more! It is close enough to the boardwalk that it only takes a 10 minute to walk, yet far enough away that the noise and lights do not disturb the sound of the waves.
