This property is buried in the jungle next to the beautiful beach with soft white sand and gentle waves. The condo was easily accessible and much more spacious than the photos can do justice. Rogelio helped with our food arrangements with the chef Paloma and we were blown away everyday how easily she prepared simple but delicious meals for our party of 6 women. We always had communication very easily with Rogelio and I would love to bring family back here to enjoy this beautiful private community that was immaculately clean and safe.

Perfect Getaway

We only stayed for a long weekend but the condo was lovely. Clean, spacious, furnished with lots of style but not pretentious. Complex was well maintained and the pool by the beach was a spectacular location. All of the staff we met were so helpful and efficient. Having someone to cook and clean was a huge added bonus. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.Would definitely return.

Paradise in Punta Mita

Everything about this was perfect. The chef is amazing. Food was fresh, delicious and interesting. The housekeeping service is great. Communicating with both the owner and property manager was clear and helpful. And the beach and waves were perfect. Great trip!

Rogelio made our trip go so smoothly with great communication. He made it easy to plan activities and restaurants. The Michelin Star restaurant, Rubra, was such a special treat for our family! We did the tasting menu with wine pairing. It was worth the money! We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip to Marieta Island - although the water wasn't as clear as we have enjoyed other places. We had jet skiis brought to our location, on the beach. We appreciated the beautiful grounds of our resort and the ocean waves provided just enough challenge to keep even our young adult kids entertained. It was a pleasant walk down to the beach/pool from the condo and we felt very safe. The highlight of our trip was enjoying the delicious food, prepared by our chef, Paloma.

Absolutely amazing

Place was everything other folks described. The grounds were meticulously clean with easy access to the beach. Chef and maid were terrific and the house was incredibly comfortable. Took a run every morning on the beach, followed by a workout in the gym, and then breakfast was ready. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and well equipped condo. The complex had lovely views and wonderful pools.Our chef Poloma and helper were superb! Our concierge Rogelio was very helpful in all areas. It was a delightful vacation.

Wonderful home and vacation

This was our third time at the property, and won’t be our last. Beautiful home, pools, and beaches. Great service and support from owner, concierge, and chef. Would highly recommend!

Great Vacation

This property exceeded our expectations. Concierge was incredible, answering all questions very quickly prior to arrival, and also throughout our stay whether it was renting us surf boards, getting us rides somewhere, or grabbing more items at the grocery store. The maids and cook were awesome. Super nice and accomodating. We got to know them throughout the week and I can't say enough about them. The weather was a little cloudy, so the heated pools were great for the kids. Highly recommend.

Beaches stunning! The chef and housekeeper made the trip for mom celebrating a birthday!

Felt so safe so happy it was tucked back into the W property. Lush landscape was exquisitely kept. Beautiful views. Beaches easily accessible Just by walking outside. Love the option of pool or ocean. An amazing find.

Exceptional Experience

Had a wonderful time with our 4 teen kids. Clean and spacious with a great balcony with a view. Beds were very comfy. Meals were wonderful at the condo, and allowed us to completely relax, and enjoy all the condo offered. Staff were very helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Pools and beach were quiet with plenty of chairs. Great experience, will definitely be back.

60th Birthday Celebration

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful place for our family. Beach and pool were perfect, quiet and relaxing. The apartment was spacious. We have 4 kids in their 20s along with 2 SOs. Our chef and help were so pleasant. The food was delicious. Never wanted to find a restaurant to go out to dinner. Concierge services made the trip easy. Had groceries and pantry stocked for us. Good beach to run on. We used the gym everyday. We did rent a van to make transportation easier for our party of 8. Went to Sayulita and Punta Mita and explored a little. But really could have just parked ourselves here and been totally beyond content. We would like to come back again!

Unas Vacaciones Fantásticas!

What can I say other than me and my family spent a very relaxed, and pampered Christmas holidays in Punta De Mita. The condo is extremely comfortable and the views are breathtaking. Marco, the chef, made five stars meals. Jaime (the owner) was extremely responsive and eager to make our stay the best it could be. We will definitely return to this exquisite location and home! Thank you Jaime and Marco for for the beautiful stay.

Wonderful Experience

The condo was beautiful, very clean, beautifuly decorated, comfy beds, spacious and had everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The concierge, Rogelio set up our transportation, boat excursion, groceries and was very responsive, helpful and organized. Chef Paloma and Mariela were delightful and the meals they prepared were absolutely delicious. The kitchen was so clean and meticulously organized. Pools were great and so nice that they were heated. Overall a fantastic property and vacation!

Five-Star Experience

The reviews for this place were so good, and it did not disappoint. The property itself was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Three pools, ocean a short walk away. The owner was very communicative throughout the whole process. The concierge was as well. The chef and chef's helper were kind and prepared delicious and beautiful food. This was a family celebration, and we are thrilled we chose this place. Would definitely come again!

Outstanding all around.

We stayed 5 nights at this amazing property. It was a group of 7 friends and we were all blown away by every detail. Our concierge, Rogelio, assisted us thru every detail in a timely manner. The chef, Daniela and helper Mariela, were amazing. Every meal with a delight and all of our allergies were treated very carefully. The unit was beautiful and clean, as was the entire property. Could not have wanted anything more. Thank you to the owner and staff that made this such a memorable vacation.

Exactly as listed

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The listing and former reviews are all accurate. Wonderful experience. The grounds, pools, and beach access is equally as marvelous. If it matters, the restaurant selection is limited nearby. 20 min drive to Punta Mita for larger selection. We made the trip twice. Only other thing to note is that we lost electricity during an evening rainstorm for 2 hours. It was no hardship at all but I believe it may be a recurring issue. That won’t prohibit us from returning. Rogelio and Mariela were very helpful. Thanks for the relaxing vacation.

FIVE STARS Fantastic!

This was a much needed, short getaway. We have traveled to many vacation destinations and none de-stressed the way this one did. The concierge was responsive and helpful. Our chef, Johnny, cooked the most amazing meals and as someone who generally does the caretaking, it was so nice to have someone cook for a change. Johnny also made us cocktails to take to the pool and enjoy. Mariela came daily to clean and the condo was kept spotless. This condo is huge, has a beautiful outdoor space that we utilized most of the time while there and would be great for families. All of the resort’s amenities and pools were the icing on the cake. We will be back.

First time in Punta de Mita

The condo was lovely with ocean views from the modern great room out through the beautifully appointed covered terrace. And good thing it was covered because we got to experience Hurricane Lydia! We had a great time in spite of the storm thanks to the wonderful meals prepared by our Chef Paloma! Although the staff, concierge & owner were extremely helpful, I’d like to recommend adding flashlights, candles and more lighters to each sleeping space. The pools remained open and our kids had a fun time trying each and every pool. A concession at the neighboring “W” hotel provided boogie boards so they could take advantage of the ample surf. Our multi generation family group had an unpredictable experience that was lots of fun!

Beautiful!!!

Our stay at this property was wonderful!! From start to finish everything was smooth. Jamie is very responsive to emails, the condo is beautiful and Marco the chef is amazing!! Not only a super nice genuine guy but a fabulous cook. The condo deck is to die for and the pools and beach are amazing, it felt like we had the property to ourselves most of the time. The only thing to be aware of is the location is 10 minutes from any town and I would suggest renting a car. There are "cabs" at the W hotel but they charge outrageous prices. We walked up to the street and took the bus one day but the walk from the condo to the street is about 15 mins (some up hill). All in all, a very relaxing wonderful vacation.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Our first time in the Punta Mita area and stay at Los Veneros was wonderful and seamless from the moment we arrived. The property owner, our assigned concierge and chef team with Johnny and Enrique anticipated all that we needed. We had daily breakfast, lunch and a special dinner .. all was very good! We had 2 families and room for all 9 of us. Chef Johnny accommodated my 9 year with special breakfast while giving Instagram worthy menus for the teens in our group. The property was clean, beach access as described and no issues getting beach chairs, pool chairs, etc. We visited for Spring Break and the vibe was relaxed, private and quiet. We used the gym daily to make up for all of the wonderful food and it was great. We had daily massages on the beach with several services walking around to offer ($50 was the going rate for an hour). We didn’t find the small bar near the 4th pool until mid trip and drinks a lot cheaper than what we were buying from the Hotel W pool bar… so walk around to find it. The guys on our trip wanted to play golf and Rogelio found an option with Higuera.. it was good but daily transportation can get pricey from the property. We decided to limit trips to Punta Mita and just stay in. We will definitely be back and appreciate all the attention to us having a wonderful, safe and relaxing trip!!!
