Allen house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely house with a nice layout and very nice kitchen appliances. Furniture was not comfortable. Picnic style dining table with benches not comfortable. Chest of drawers in guest bedroom not functional. Same bedroom did not have adequate airflow for cooling. Twin beds not comfortable for adults. Pool was refreshing but needs a good cleaning to eliminate black mildew.

Generally satisfied stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we found the house clean and well maintained. Sanibel Vacations was attentive and helpful. The only problem was intense noise from neighboring properties - chain saws, leaf blowers, mowers, sometimes starting early in the morning. Otherwise, it was just fine.
