Renovated condo at Avalon Clearwater

One bedroom/one bath renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walking closet, and living area. This gated community is located 5 minutes away from Clearwater beach and 11 km from Indian rocks beach. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a living area with a flat screen tv and a queen sleeper. Wi-fi included inside the condo. 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are also available.
The Avalon complex had a large heated pool with a barbecue area, and a fitness center. Publix supermarket right across the street.

Alina is an excellent host, prompt, and attentive. Alina pays attention to details and makes me feel like I never left home.The apartment is indeed newly furnished and remodeled. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, located close to the best beaches and the most attractions in the area, with a shopping area too. More importantly, it is quiet and in a nice area. Also, a very safe location I know that it was an excellent decision to rent this place and have Alina as a host.You would be close to Clearwater (about a 10-12-minute drive), Tarpon Springs, parks, St. Pete, arts galleries, posh restaurants, and the wonderful people of Florida!

We have stayed at Avalon before - this unit was very clean, provided all the essentials and host was very easy To work with and provided clear information. I would definitely stay here again. Location provides great access to everything in Clearwater and around Tampa/ St Pete.

Nice, secure and quiet

We had a good stay at Alina apt. It is very quiet, about 15 min drive to the beaches. Stores are close by. The pool is a bit small for the number of people in the area.

Clearwater Condo

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Located in a great location. The listing stated hot tub but there was not one on site-it is a fountain:) The pool is very nice! Would recommend and love to stay again!
