The apartment is situated at the 3rd floor (no elevator, no access ramp) and it has one bedroom, one king bed, one couch, flat TVs. The Avalon complex have a large heated pool with a barbecue area and a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket are within walking distance.
