We loved our stay. The property has everything you need, very clean, well appointed, and so comfortable. The location is excellent -- for beach and for the fun of Provincetown or Wellfleet. We were two families of three and thoroughly enjoyed our week there. We'd happily return!

Great location and great house!

We had a great time at this house. It had everything we needed and was in close proximity to tons of things to do (steps to a private beach and less than 3 miles to p-town)

Fantastic place

My family loved this property and hope to return. The place was exactly as pictured, easy to check in and out of and very clean. Donna was extremely easy to get ahold of and always answered very promptly when we had questions. We hope to come back next summer!

Perfect Location

A few of my girlfriends & I rented this beautiful house for a long weekend. There were a few hiccups in the reservation process (on our end) but Guy & Donna went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The house is newly renovated with absolutely breathtaking views & the most perfect location. We truly enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back!

Wonderful Time!

The location of the cottage is perfect. We brought our bikes and enjoyed biking to P-Town and beaches (Suggestion to those bringing your bikes - bring a bike cover as well). Nighttime at the fire pit was great. When visiting the Cape in the future, we would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Our first family vacation

We had the best week. The house is awesome with every possible amenity available at your fingertips. The bedrooms were so comfortable and spacious ( room for a portacrib in each ). We spent almost every evening around the outdoor fire pit. The owners were so very nice accommodating and responsive! We will definitely return!!

Whole process was painless. Check-in was painless. House was as described. Outdoor shower was a hit. Beach across the street was convenient but not the best. A beach pass would be a nice addition.. I recommend this property.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Me, my sister, my niece ( at the last minute wanted to attend) and a very close family friend all stayed at Donna and Guys place. The home was so inviting and cozy, it is stocked with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The beach is a 2 minute walk across from the home. We went everyday and evening! Provincetown was a great time, dining and brunch was amazing! Shopping was great too. Be aware food is a little pricey, so I would suggest your pricier items you bring with you. Don’t hesitate to book with Donna and Guy, it truly is a beautiful place to stay! Karen and Val

Beautiful updated house in a great location

This house is beautifully updated and comfortable. It has all of the amenities that you would need to enjoy your stay. There is a nice private bay side beach across the street that is easy to walk to. We really loved our time here and would highly recommend it. There are A/c splits in the main room and the two upstairs bedroom. The main floor bedroom doesn’t have one so it was a little hot. Also, the bathrooms don’t have fans but usually opening the windows helped. Overall would definitely recommend!

Peaceful Paradise

This property was exactly as shown on the website. The home had EVERYTHING you could need, extra blankets, pillows, cooking supplies and spices, items in the bathrooms to use, it was fully stocked and ready to enjoy! It was a 10/10 on cleanliness and beautifully renovated! We were there for a week in a heat wave and the AC kept us nice and cool inside! The outdoor shower is a MUST to use! Also, the main event, the beach... the path is directly across from the house, very easy to access with beautiful views of Ptown! Additionally, what helped us was having the bus route right in front of the house with our pickup just down the street and they would drop us off right in front of the house on our way back! Game changer when you want to have drinks in Ptown and be safe! I would HIGHLY recommend renting this home, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect week in North Truro

Couldn't have been happier with Donna and Guy's property. The main draw was being so close to the beach, a one minute boardwalk stroll across the street. We chose the bay side because of the lack of waves/undertow for the little ones. The little beach was awesome (part of Sandbar's resort). Water was perfect, gets a little choppy when the wind picks up. We used Donna's beach chairs (7) and umbrella. The house is stocked with everything you need which was another draw for us, as well as the A/C. I loved the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, and living room. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, gas grill, picnic table, and gas fire pit. The TV's have Roku capability so we just logged in to our Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc. Communication was excellent throughout. We will definitely consider coming back to this little piece of paradise. The P-Town town line is maybe a mile or so north. Bring a beach wagon, helped us a ton with all of the kids toys. Thanks for a great week, Donna and Guy.

Amazing cape escape

We stayed at this house during tropic storm Elsa and this was the best place we could have been! Huge spacious living room, dining room and kitchen for a 4 year old, 3 year old and 4 adults to kick back at, build some Legos and cook some great food! Wish we had better weather to enjoy the beach, but what a great place to stay!

Beautiful house in Truro

Our stay in Truro was great and this beautiful house had much to do with it. We had a rainy day but having a nice house with a huge Smart TV and big comfortable couch made the day enjoyable. Watching the sunset over Provincetown from their private beach access was amazing. We can’t wait to go back!

Great House

Large Rooms, attractively decorated. This house worked great for us, 3 couples meeting for our Christmas/New Years Celebration. The downstairs bedroom bathroom was wonderful for one person who has trouble with steps. You're going to be able to enjoy your visit to this historic and culturally important area by staying at this house. The hosts were accommodating and quick to reply. They truly deserve 5 stars.

Wonderful Property in a Perfect Location

Donna was a pleasure to deal with during the process. She was always available for questions and would respond in a timely manner. The place was great and it was obvious the homeowners have put a lot of time into renovations and turning the property into a wonderful vacation home. The place has a very nice outdoor patio and grilling area and a large kitchen. The location is great. It’s a short walk to a private beach and a 5 minute drive into town so you are just outside of the congestion. Overall, highly recommended and I know we are looking forward to coming back next summer.

What you want your vacation home to be!

This house is beautifully appointed and owners Donna and Guy were extremely accommodating and welcoming! From an early check in to their prompt responsiveness to my (many!) emails, you will feel so comfortable booking and staying on this property. It's a gem!

Guy and I grew up in Danielson Connecticut. As children, we admired each other from afar as we were 5 years apart in age. Our paths took us in different directions but we always thought about each other. After several years and two kids each between us, life brought our paths back together and we instantly fell in love, blended our wonderful families together and have enjoyed the same passions and dreams. One of our biggest loves is the beach. We've spent 20 years traveling back and forth to our two favorite spots; Florida and Cape Cod. Always dreaming of the day we would find a magical place to spend time with family and friends we found this home back in August 2017. A year later and still on the market we took a leap of faith and here we are today, the proud owners of this wonderful home in what we feel is the perfect spot on the Cape. Guy is a Network Specialist who on the side is an amazing golfer and an accomplished artist. I am a CFO of an exceptional health care organization in Chatham and am an accomplished singer and performer. Our best friends are our 4 children, their "spouses" and our wonderful grandson. We plan to share our excursions that we find on the Cape and to keep working to stay young as we get older. We hope to find great families who will be repeat renters so that we can all share in this special vacation community and share our experiences together.

When we located this home, it needed a great deal of TLC however we recognized the value of its location, views, and beach access. The original owner was clever to deed herself an access easement to what we think is one of the nicest beaches on the Cape; Beach Point. This house not only has great bay views but you can see everything from Pilgrims Monument, Pilgrim Lake, the sand dunes and Long Point Lighthouse in Provincetown. The house is located on the main strip where the Trolley runs, is less than a half mile to the Provincetown line and is 5 minutes into Provincetown. We are a 5 minute drive to the bike paths, Highland Links Golf Course, Truro Winery, and minutes from some of the best restaurants ever. We feel it's a true destination place that offers just about everything you could want.
