We are a quiet mountaintop estate with Eagles, Deer, Bears and Chipmunks amongst other wildlife for company. Enjoy a hike on the property, bike the back roads of our gated community, or simply enjoy the mountain and reservoir views from the expansive decks.

So much beauty to behold and so much fun and relaxation to be enjoyed in our 7000+ square foot, 7 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom contemporary log home, featuring curated modern art collection, amenities such as Marshall speakers in bedrooms, airplay to speakers on outdoor decks, full entertainment adult lounge, home gym, home theater with surround sound, hot tub, cold plunge, fire pit and sauna.

Enjoy conversation and roast s'mores around the large propane fire pit. Sunsets are best enjoyed from the hot tub on the large stone deck. Plenty of fun for kids to be had on the outdoor playground in front of our home. We recently added a bike pump track on the property too which will be added to in spring to become inclusive to professional bikers and novices alike.

We are seeking permission to build a recreation and wellness center which when completed will feature a massage and bodywork area, hyperbaric chamber, floatation tank and Resonate vibrational beds which use sound vibration and light for healing. There will also be an extensive work out area with a peloton bike, step up trainer, professional row trainer, weights and a stretching area too.

The magnificent high vaulted ceilings in the Living Room and grand open floor plan spans into the large kitchen with island and all of the equipment to cook up amazing meals in the dining area that can seat 16+ guests.

Main Level:
Bear suite: Master bedroom with King Bed, TV with DirectTV and en suite bathroom (sleeps 2)

Mountain Lion Suite : King bed, couch, TV with DirectTV, en suite bathroom and it's own balcony (sleeps 2)

Fox suite: Two Queen Beds, pull out sofa, en suite bathroom and it's own balcony (sleeps 4-6)

Upstairs:
Hummingbird Suite : Full bed (sleeps 2)

Blue Heron Suite: Queen bed and en suite bathroom (sleeps 2)

Eagle Suite: Queen bed and shared bathroom (sleeps 2)

Woodpecker suite: Bunk Room with 4 bunkbeds, perfect for kids and a shared bathroom (sleeps 4)
Immediately outside The Woodpecker suite, there is a kids TV area/gaming corner and shuffleboard.

Lower Level:
Head downstairs to La Caverna and you are welcomed into the recently renovated lower level lounge + bar area with custom felt pool table and an extensive chill out area.
